But in all seriousness, this is one way of getting in touch with people who are interested in both tankery and Japanese pop-culture.

*points at Conan*

Awesome!!! Sensha-do!!!
A lot of our players are also interested in anime and Japanese pop-culture. Like Elphaba said, this event is a good way to get in touch with them :)

You either die a hero or you live long enough to see yourself become the villain. Guess which one I am.

What I find really funny is that WG are sponsoring an cosplay event in Tasmania.

I have nothing against the apple isle but, it does have a very small population and I doubt you well get many recruits from the event as most people from there who are into tanks are most likely already playing WoT.

Unfortunately, Conan and Spotter have a meet and greet tomorrow. If only we can somehow project a holographic projection of him at AICON, I'd stuff him into a costume.  :Smile-hiding:

Well this is interesting. I live in Hobart, and am 10 minutes down the road for the Sandy Bay campus, so I may go have a look sometime soon if it stops raining :-P

Well that was certainly an eye opener into the anime culture haha. Went along with another tanker from AMPC. We'll both be writing up blogs for it, though mine will be from the viewpoint of someone whom has virtually no prior dealings with anything anime :-P

EDIT: bad spelling
