Not sure if naming and shaming, but SoldierWu having fame points despite being not in a clan is rather mysterious.
DuckandCover says that there are possibly two other users formerly known as SoldierWu, one UAD, one UAD-R.

Any explanations?

As an aside, anyone know that the alley of fame rankings are based off? Judging by the fame points column, it clearly ain't that.
