Hide in the back, wait until most of team is dead. Drive to cap. I think it's an option in the bot programme.

I imagine we owould be high in the shot fired stat. Especially at the start of a game when everyone clears the baffles.

A week never goes by when people bring this up. A week never goes by when people are told by WG it will never happen and you can get one by winning special events.
I'm off to drive my slow low damage inaccurate Type 59 around.

Anyone else think that the vehicles used by players is wrong for Asia? At the tiers I play I see so many more heavies than anything else.
Also the Asia one is identical to the North American one.

Let me tell you why, despite being marketing fluff, what WG did is actually more honest than what you've presented above.
1. WG explicitly stated that these were "registrations," making it quite clear that they are including accounts belonging to a user who already has another account, accounts that have never played a battle, inactive accounts, and banned accounts. This level of transparency on WG's part is unusual in the on-line industry, and should be applauded.
2. Your implied definition of "accounts with one or more battles" as an "honest" accounting of the number of players would also be considered "marketing spin," since that does include many account categories that clearly do not correspond to a player from whom one can get revenue or may even ever play a battle again. One obvious example of this category is that your definition includes accounts banned for botting. Does that really seem right to you?
Giving an accurate representation of how many players a game like this really has is not simple, and figures are frequently subject to spin. WG should be applauded for at least moving away from spin in a way that many companies don't. Your comment, while overtly looking like a criticism of spin, actually contributes to the problem by still using a single figure that's not very meaningful (when it comes to the number of players), labeling it as more meaningful than it is ("'real' accounts"), and not even beginning to address the real complexity of what you're trying to talk about.
