No#1 It's a tank

No#2 It's a Lend lease tank (It has a shiny Russian star!!!)

No#3 It's a Churchill (usually the top tier tank)

No#4 When you see the Churchill III you don't engage it; your instincts tell you to You run like (beep)*

No#5 Even if you do engage it, there's not much chance of you penning its front, sides or even rear

No#6 Its' ONLY weakness: SPG fire

Extra content: The creators of the game are Russians... The tank itself is English but was given to Russia and Russia made it the badass tank it is today. That mean when you drive onto the battlefield you're just showcasing another one of Russias many accomplishments: the star made it badass

So you have come to my tank yard to purchase a premium tank. Well let me take you through our stock.

Oh your interested in the Churchill III?

Well this is a great premium tier 5 tank for sure, what is it you would like to know?

Well for a start this tank does have some history behind it. As you can see it is British designed, it was in fact supplied to the Russians in 1941 to help with the German advance into the motherland. The Russians had lost over 20000 tanks between June and December 1941, and they were eager to get these tanks into combat. In fact one of the first battles these tanks fought in was in the Volga Reservoir in 1941, beating back a German advance to the north of Moscow.

okay you like the history thats great, so you want to know why to purchase this tank over the IS6 or other russian premiums?

well for a start, crew training is a major consideration, and the churchill has the same crew slots as the KV1, KV1s and T150 with a crew of 5. Further tanks up the KV line have an extra loader, with the IS line having no radio operator. This compared to the IS6 means you can train the radio operator in the churchill, where the IS6 does not have the slot(+1 churchill).

pricing is always an issue. the price of an IS6 is 11800 gold. the price of a Churchill is 1500 gold. that makes the Churchill 13% of the purchase price of the IS6. Compare this to the amount of credits that a premium tank will make the average for an IS6 is around the 40,000 mark, compared to the Churchill, which is 30,000 credits. Hmmm 13% of the price compared to 75% of the earnings?(+1 Churchill)

On preferential matchmaking the Churchill only sees up to tier 6, which is one tier up, compared to the IS6 this also only sees one tier up. I think that goes over some of the differences, what else would you like to know?

Certainly i can explain some of the stats of the tank, and how they will lead into gameplay.

Armour Values

The armour of the tanks hull is 176mm thick on the front, with 76mm on the sides and 50mm on the rear. How this affects gameplay is angling and spaced armour. The spaced armour on the sides is helpful against HEAT rounds, and helps with lower damage rolls. When you angle your tank at 35 degrees, the frontal armour is actually 215mm, whereas if you sidescrape the tank and offer the side under 19 degrees, it will auto riccochet. a healthy 25 degrees to get the turret open to wide angles will make the effective armour of the sides 180mm which is enough to stop a KV1s from penetrating you.

The weakness in armour comes from the turret. Armour is 88mm front and sides, with 76mm on the rear. although a small turret, and hard to hit at range, it means you need to be aware of it, and keep it moving, angling the turret aiming the gun away from the target will increase the angle of the armour plate, and generate bounces and non penetrations.

Gun Characteristics

The gun is a 6 pounder that does 75 damage per shot, with the penetration 110mm on std ammo or 180mm on gold ammo. With a 100% crew this is a 2.196 sec reload. the aim time is also 2.196, which means you can hold the trigger down, and the cannon will be fully aimed in for every shot. Its accuracy is .416(dispersion from POA). These are not bad stats when you compare them to the KV1s(which is the baddest tier 6 heavy you will ever see in this tank). damage per minute for KV1s is 2469, whereas churchill is 2049, and its one tier below it! however if you decide to "pump this sucker up" by having a crew trained in BIA, and get vents, gun laying drive and gun rammer the DPM goes up to 2379, only 90 damage per minute shy whilst decreasing the aim time by 14% and increasing the accuracy by 5%(+1 Churchill).

Hitpoints

The Churchill has 700 HP and compare this to other tier 5 heavies you will see, KV1 590 HP,Churchill I 650 HP, T1 heavy 600 HP. This will allow you to soak up a lot more damage than your counterparts.

Mobility

The Churchill has a 374hp engine which gives this vehicle a 9.43 hp to tonne ratio. compare this to the KV1, which has a 500hp engine and produces a ratio of 10.16 hp to tonne(fully upgraded KV1). these stats are very comparable.

View/Signal range

The churchill has a 350m view range and a 594m signal range. Compare these to the KV1 310m view 458 signal, the T1 heavy 320m view 500 signal or the KV1s 320m view 458 signal(+1 Churchill).

All in all you can see how these statistics show that the Churchill III is a very good premium tank, and will stand you in good stead to produce credits and train your Russian heavy crews.

I hope I have helped you make an informed decision, and look forward to your purchase

Eddie

Cloud's Tank Shop

Hi, I heard you came here to check out our Churchill III. Good news! We have the last Churchill III in stock. Here it is, sandwiched between six togs.

Please do take a seat as I run you through on this wonderful vehicle you are looking at. You! Yes you! Sit down! *smiles politely*

If you are looking forward to driving a steaming pile of.....oh I mean a innovative tank for all ages? The Churchill III is for you! Named after the president of England, like all of the Churchill series do, this variant consist of one of the worst..... I mean exciting design yet! AND....IT"S GREEN! Pardon me when my tongue ties.... *coughs*

The cramped interior is perfect for losing weight. Believe it or not, try it! You and your crew will not only be fit, they will be very close to each other (literally).

Picture Of The Dismounted Gun Of Churchill III

*for illustration purposes only, actual size always vary

What fine prints? I do not know what you are talking.... Moving on....The gun on the Churchill III as you can see here is perfect for shooting buildings. Controversial to popular believe, not all guns in WoT are meant to shoot at tanks, yes you got me right! The gun on the Churchill III utilizes a special building removal technology that effectively destroys blockages your team may be hindered by. We offer free workshops to all clients who wish to purchase this tank, and you will be pummeling cover.... I mean blockages for your teammates in no time. *coughs*

The gun is also perfect for kids! You will not do any harm to anyone in the battle if you shoot them, perfect for infants under the age of three.

That's not all, a steady speed will enable you to get something to eat while in a battle. You don't believe me? Try it! Press 'R' twice and go to your fridge, get a can of cola and a pack of chips, open your snacks and take a few bites. Come back to your computer and you will find your tank miraculously on top of the hill! Wow, doesn't that sound exciting? Imagine all the possible multitasking actions you can do while playing WoT with this tank with a simple 'R': host a party, take a shower, go to Youtube, go to the gym, do the laundry, etc.

Worrying about the repair cost? No worries, there's plenty of spare parts here to fix your worn-out Churchill. We'll charge you little since you are the hundredth person to walk in. Also! This tank is under the Wargaming premium MM service. This means that your Churchill III will only get into tier 5 and 6 battles. Too good to be true?

Wow, you still here?..... You must be really interested in buying this tank. How about this, I shall give you a special discount, just don't tell my manager. Pay me 600 gold and I will sell you this tank plus a three year warranty and free tank servicing. How about this? Still not keen? Hmm...

How about this.... 550 gold for what I mentioned....

Hey wait! Why are you leaving?!

Wait!

500!....500 gold!

That's the lowest I can offer....

Don't you dare scroll down! No! Don't even think about it!

This is the best price in town!

*sees you taking out your wallet*

Tank Commanders!

An opportunity has arisen for the purchase of a brand new Tier V heavy tank !

CHURCHILL III

It is one of the best crew trainer tanks in the game, generating copious amounts of EXP, has  a rapid rate of fire, large hitpoint pool, and good armour that reliably deflects shots from most tanks of its tier and lower. (1)

Also worth mentioning is the preferential matchmaking, you’ll never see battles higher than Tier 6, but probably be top. (2)

It was one of the heaviest Allied tanks of the second world war, and used as the basis of many specialised vehicles.(3)

But now let’s look at the numbers:(4)

- Excellent signal range, in case your allied tank destroyers are far away.

- Good speed limit and acceleration, faster than its older and slower UK counterpart, the Churchill I.

- Hull armour is almost impenetrable to tanks it will face, lower plate is better than the Churchill’s.

- Less likely to catch on fire.

- Excellent DPM for a Heavy tank, you will own every single light and medium around without breaking a sweat !

- Has upper track protection, less likely to be tracked.

- Only 1500 gold required, cheaper than other Tier 5 premiums.

- High credit earner

Have a read through the links, have a look at the video, and you’ll definitely want a few rides in this badass tank !

For Sale

Churchill III, one careful owner less than 500 miles on the clock from a non smoking pet free home.

Seats 1 in reasonable comfort,  the others are a bit cramped, hot and deafened by occasional HE explosions.

Safety is assured with thick metal plates, optional fire extinguishers and first aid kits.

Other options are available for the keen after market tuning specialist, winter, spring and desert wear in fashionable colour schemes are also available for purchase.

With the body of a Russian shot putter it also comes complete with a huge funny shaped head just like our comrade Winston Churchill and instead of a smoky cigar the Churchill  III  has a whopping great canon belching FIRE and hot metal.

So make tracks and splash some gold this way for your chance to create Havoktm and be ready to fight them on the beaches(South coast), fight on the landing grounds (Airfield), fight in the fields (Redshire)and in the streets(Ensk), fight in the hills (Himmelsdorf); and never never surrender (jump in the lake and drown).

Victory is assured with this gold plated fire snorting behemoth..

How much for this awesome hunk of steel you may ask, it doesn't matter you just have to have it, even selling your mother to a circus would be a small price to pay for such a metal monster.

Your mileage may vary! death and turret loss may occur at inopportune times, win rate relies on driver ability, please read all the fine print. Cup holders not available on export models.

Tank commanders!

This tank travels through deserts, cities and open fields. conquering other with the swift power of it's fast reload. Taking all kinds of damage from most tanks.

Arties, enemy heavies and mediums ,they all fall. This tank, this tank is

                                                                                                                          The Churchill III

                                                                                 USSR-Churchill_LL.png

Stats:

Hull Armour: 176 / 76 / 50mm

Turret Armour: 88 / 88 / 76mm

This tank has stronger armour  than  Churchill I making it more effective to survive in battle and throwing fear to the heart of most tier 4 tanks. A new gun was installed in the design of the Churchill III which then gave it a whopping 110(Ap Shells) or 180mm(Apcr Shells)  penetration and extremely fast reload making it a mega machine gun of the tier 5 heavies. It's hit points ,700, is the highest amount in tier 5 matches giving it an ability to adventure deep within enemy tank lines* and completely halting and destroying enemy tanks. It's large ammo cap will stun the enemies and will make it survive longer within achingly long battles and if knocked out it's cheap to repair. This tank is also an easy exp earner for those who want more free xp for other tanks. This tank also see tier 5-6 matches giving it an easy going matches for you. However beware of it's speed it's slow as well as for its transverse speed. And you will sometimes be the priority of SPGs in tier 5 or 6 matches so stick closely to high rocks,  mountains  and tall  indestructible  buildings. Stick with these rules and you will sure have an excellent time with the Churchill  III.

*: Not a recommended strategy in WoT battles

What has 700 hit points and armour of up to 176mm... Yes you guessed it the latest and greatest Churchill lll which would under your command make you the Heavy king of tier 5. If your looking for a tank/submarine as this is a unique model( not one of the 301 distributed to the soviets) that was lost at sea during transport to Murmansk and was only just found during the 21st century. When you ask people what the best tier v tank is, you will here a lot of KV1 and AT2 but these people are mostly noob as they don't realise the hidden power that sea has granted this unique model over the match makers... pause for drama... IT WILL NOT EVER AND I MEAN EVER HAVE TO FIGHT ANY TANKS OVER TIER 6 yes you heard me correctly with preferential matchmaking this tank really does grant you superiority over your fellow tankers. But wait theirs more. if your looking to try to get the largest amounts of exp possible in World of Tanks and by largest I mean over a whopping 3000 EXP!!! Then the Churchill lll is for you. This is not like the regular infomercials that you find on the T.V NO this is a special sales pitch only available on P.C where we actually tell you the price of our items and for today only we will sell you the Churchill lll for 1500 gold which is even cheaper than a tier Vlll premium heavy. So if you like the sound of ruling over your peer tankers then the Churchill lll is for you. Terms and conditions apply if I am 1 of the top 3 and I know I am then an additional fee of 500 gold will apply which covers shipping fees. Okay I lied about that last part it doesnt cover shipping costs that's extra just buy it and an additional fee of 500 gold will apply if the tank is not bought within 1 day. If any images/text is copied a fee of not coming 1st 2nd or 3rd will apply. also if any other salesmen say anything copied directly from wiki do not let them win as it is a disgrace to people who have uniqueness like me.
