More likely Pz II, Pz III or Pz III/IV. Pz IV with L70 way better than T-34 in this game.

the Pzkpfw IV in this game with the panther turret (upgraded one) was an experimental version of the tank. It was never produced... So comparing it with the T-34-85 historical is just wrong. PS: III/IV was also just an experiment...

The christie tank actually pioneered that. But this is the first combat tank... Unless the BT-2 saw service.

A regular T-34 is significantly better than a Pz 3. The T-34-85 would be better than the Pz 4.
But saying PzKpfw is like saying T, or AMX. Its just the line. The Panther was the PzKpfw V, the Tiger the PzKpfw VI. The T-34-85 is NOT better than a Tiger. On par with a Panther, maybe. A Tiger... No.

It's not a line PzKpfw literally means Armoured Fighting Vehicle such that captured tanks(e.g B2) are given that name too.

In essence quoting it without context means that the T-34-85 is better than a tank.

Panther in reality has better LOS frontal armor and penetration than the Tiger, its advantages, other than HE and side armour, over the Panther are questionable.

The BT-7 had sloped armour.

The T-34 wasn't the first combat tank to use Sloped armour; nor was it the first with a decent engine or a 76mm gun.
The T-34 was the first tank that was mass produced with all those things; they were somewhere between a PzKpfw IV and a Panther (the PzKpfw designation was dropped with the Panther and Tiger, can't remember when), and yet the overwhelmed both in sheer numbers.

In 1941 when the Soviet Union was invaded there were two extremely nasty shocks for the German tank fleet; the KV-1 and the T-34.  The T-34 outclassed its German equivalents and forced along their tank production (the Panther was a direct response).  By late 1943 the upgunned and uparmoured PzIV could more than hold its own against the upgraded T-34.  The T-34/85 was introduced the following year and balanced the scales again.  By the end of the war the upgraded Panther was probably the best medium tank rolling.

57mm+rammer+100%crew = machine gun tank.

Spend the credits and buy the rammer, vent, and GLD. It is well worth the money. If you're not gonna get a premium tank, you'll need this tank later as your money maker.
