Clarification... in that 3 members max, is the one posting included to that count?

since on how I understand it, these people will be in the screenshot:

>Poster
>Member 1
>Member 2
>Member 3

thanks in advance

It does not matter if anybody on the server can participate, it is the fact that this is a Thai celebration which, is country specific when WG has specifically stated that, country specific celebrations/specials would not be held on this server and we would only have generic celebrations/specials that are not tied to any one nation.

Whenever Australians and New Zealanders ask about an ANZAC day celebration/special, we always get told no because, there are no country specific celebrations/specials on this server only generic ones.

So, do you see the problem?

There's a bit of a difference between server side specials/missions/gift-shops., and player engagement.

Songkran is not only originally in Thailand.

Laos, Myanmar, Cambodia and had this festival for a hundred of years too

Yup, I'm thai but I just want to share this

But now you can go visit Singapore and enjoy of this festival because they are now just starting to have this festival as their own too.
