In Bronze, you are able to use those tanks no problem.

Is there some sort of refresh that needs to happen? I can't apply for Bronze series until my full team is listed.

There is a refresh every Friaday at 5AM UTC+8.

If there still is a problem after the refresh, please let me know.

Doesn't look like there was a refresh this morning. We added 2 new members last night and they are not showing up.
