To send a pingplotter file, please follow the steps below:

Step 1

Please let us know your WAN IP address (Wide Area Network Internet Protocol) and the name of your ISP (Internet Service Provider).

An easy way to get your WAN IP address is to visit http://www.whatismyip.com/ and record the numbers under the "Your IP" listing.

Step 2

Close all open applications including torrents, DC-clients, ICQ, Web Browsers (IE, Firefox, Chrome, Opera and the like), and Mail clients, etc...as these can interfere with the connection test results.

Step 3

Install pingplotter on your computer. You can download it from the following link:

http://www.pingplotter.com/downloads/pngplt_std.exe

Step 4

Launch pingplotter and maximize the window.

Step 5

In the "Address to Trace" field, please type in:

login.worldoftanks.asia

Then press Enter.

Please allow this program to run for at least 15 minutes

Step 6

Now we would like you to right click on each of the bottom 7 hops and choose "show this timeline graph".

Step 7

Finally, we would like you to please click "file" (in the upper left hand of your screen), then "save sample set."

Step 8

Please save the file and attach it to your ticket.

- Pick Technical Issues

- and then, Network Issue

- choose either lags, ping and packet loss or unable to enter to battle

Thank you,

Regards,

LiquidSnake
