How many days does my ticket need to be replied to? -.- Been 4 now still no reply. Past 3 days I got 250ping now it's 300.

My average ping before was 90-100.

Been 2 months and I they haven't replied to me, this thread is just meant to delay you a while.  The fix is simple, no way it takes this long, so obvious conclusion is that they don't give a damn.

My Tracert looks fine. In hanger it says same ping (74) (but my mouse is laggy) but in game I'm 150 and up to 999 and laggy as hell. Been like this the last week or so particularly in the peek user periods.

Is it a server load issue?

Fix for me is putting Graphics to Low (ping still 250 in game though but at least playable)... Which sucks.. Why does lag disappear in the hanger if low graphics are selected?

Graphics doesn't have anything to do with your ping, ping is a network issue, graphics is a hardware issue.

The higher your specs are for example, the better your FPS would be.

The higher your plan is for your ISP is, the better connection you would get for online games. Though sometimes shitty ISP's give you shitty routing that's why we get high ping.

Welcome to the club, coming up on 2 months that I've been unable to play because of packet loss.

Had a thought on mine. Couple of weeks back got a flyer from my ISP (Telstra) about them doing an upgrade in my Switchboard and my net would be slightly faster. I had set a basic error correction profile in mine (for my node in the SW), wonder if that got set again when they did it.... Just upped it's level, suspect my issue will be resolved.

Hmm, did a heap of things today and maybe something else clicked in (ie the error correction) but I uninstalled the Graphics drivers, reinstalled and all good now, no lag.

According to PingPlotter, my packet loss hits at pos-0-3-1.bdr1.sin1.on.ii.net and p9989.sgw.equinix.com

Yep, it's always Equinix, their routers are set up to prioritise national traffic by dropping international packets.  And it appears that they supply Wargaming's network equipment too.

Disconnected in platoon again today (all 3 members failed to log back in for 20 minutes/ gave up). Ping cmd fails to reach server.

Packet loss from Equinix (SG)

Is there any truth to equinix prioritising national traffic?

Have raised ticket with my ISP, seems pipe throught Perth/Asia suffered a couple of days back also but main problem is with wot server post "update"...

Goddamnit War Gaming. Just when I thought you had finally corrected the terrible ping that had been plastering me since patch 9.0(EQUALLY terrible), you then decided, conveniently, to run another maintenance/update and seemingly plunged me back to said terrible ping.

Effing well done. Clap. Clap. Clap.

It's WG's server in SG that has a problem.

Specifically the route through SG's equinix and WG's slave server 37

If most of the evidence shows that it is equinix that is the problem, why isn't WG doing anything?

I can't play at all. Get kicked off the server after 2-3 games in the middle of a game, then can't connect back to the server for at least 20-30 minutes.

"You have been disconnected from the server"

"Server does not respond. Try again later"

Submitted a ticket yesterday with PingPlotter screenshots showing packet loos at WG server end.

But my ticket is in a queue, hasn't even been looked at yet, so I can't play without screwing up my WR and the game for anyone else....

Same thing today, have SS showing 10%, 16%, 33% packet loss at the last stage 92.233.16.47  wotsg1-slave-47.worldoftanks.sg

That free day of premium I got was completely wasted, couldn't even play.

Sigh...
