kv1, kv1s, ISU152 with the BL10, T57 Heavy, T18, the developers of WOT think these aforementioned tanks are balanced? if not where is the "re-balancing" why they have to nerf all my German machines, vk4502 auf B has lost its armor effectiveness and the MAUS, E100 have not? Every tier 9 and above vehicle can pen my maus or e100s turret front with gold ammo the moment i try to shoot at them!

Have you been paying attention? KV-1S and T18 are due for changes within the next few patches. Maus is currently doing the best out of tier 10 heavies and the E-100 is third. The other tanks you've mentioned have a reputation but generally don't do that well in actual play (poor ISU is 2nd last in tier 8 TDs), so yes, they are generally balanced or UP. Borsig still needs a bit of a nerf, other 2 waffens I'm not sure about though some say the WTE-100 change is a buff.

 

Your tanks aren't meant to be invincible. Any tank in the game can be penetrated frontally by high tier gold rounds in certain spots. Maus and E-100 currently have as good or better armour than planned IRL. The VK B, having quite poor armour for an 'armoured' tier 9, largely having it's armour made up by WG (it should be a lot thinner), and doing quite poorly overall was a good choice for a buff.

 

If you are going to rant about stuff, please have something to tangible to back it up besides anecdotes, rumour and conjecture.

After seeing you words i think that WoT need to make the place HD too 

or male the 88 Flak work at the Kharkov map

I think that's kinda cool
