EditL That Asgard map looks promising. Is it true that the Asia server administration was considering moving our entire CW to a smaller map like that?

That suggests that the whole clan gets the fame, rather than just those in the battle.

 

Also, interesting to note that there are no clan wide FP missions, so the less active players in the successful clans won't get a free ride to their new free ride.

 

Beyond that, is there the option to just take the gold rather than the tanks?

Wouldn't participating in a revolt or landing battle imply it's just the people playing at the time? That's how I see it.

Again, that would be logical, however if the statement in the R&Rs is to be believed, members in the clan will get FP. In other words, if you have more members wanting a tank than you have spots in battles, a revolt / landing battle may provide more FP - especially when you consider doing multiple battles per LZ.

 

100 x FP is going to be better than 15x FP x (most of the other multipliers for the other battles)

 

This of course assumes WG hasn't muffed the R&Rs, which of course is not completely unlikely.

 

Also, worth noting that VP are not being converted to gold again. It's like WG don't listen...

If you own the tank already it will be credited as gold but the text indicates no, no option to choose gold or tank.

My belief is that Asgard is a microcosm of the main CW map - east side starts earlier and west side starts later. The timing of the Valhalla provinces could be awkward for players in the outer fringes of primetime.;;;

Hopefully they are smart enough to program the gates to put you into a suitable timezone inside Asgard, would be fun to get in and find your battles are 1am or later :)

Regarding fame points, would a standard battle in a Valhalla province net 50x, 15x, 10x or 5x the base amount of fame points?

 

"Coefficients by battle type and by province type recalculate between each other." is not exactly clear.

I really hope this will end the member holding club of teams that are always in the top 5. Its getting really old WG.
