I've yet to see 7 Togs in a battle.

Does it look like the hellcat will still be good for strongholds after the nerf?

Hard to say really.  I'd reserve judgement before driving it some more.

KV-1S would be pretty bad with the 122...19s reload for an engagement would just not be feasible imho.

I don't see why a full medium detachment couldn't work.  Like full Cromwell complemented by another type of med...maybe a 34-85 or 2 (which is the HP difference and speed difference?).  Even the Type 64 would be a good addition...but not sure if that is low on HP?

KV-1S with the 100mm and dat DPM seems...OP to me. That said, how does a full-medium team dislodge campers when there is no vision game involved?

It's losing a fair bit of mobility though right?

I'm curious about the inclusion of new LTs.

Will need to update OP for 9.3 when it comes out...

Take your time.  It'll take some time and experimentation for people to get their head around where things now sit.

Some of those T8 lights actually do look pretty good, it is even tempting me to try play lights for a bit.

The maps still suck for lights though.

It should, but campers don't need mobility anyway, right?

You don't need mobility to fit all your team in A0 on El Halluf.

From my experience so far i think the M6 is the new best heavy; it has great DPM, good view range and decent HP and armour. M37 i dont really know. The type 64 is the current best tier 6 light so it all depends on how it compares. Tier 8 idk.

Best setup would be:

1 T37, 1 Helcat, 1 VK3601H, 2 T150, 1KV85

reason: Flexibility

- T37+Cat+VK can hold its own flank, can snipe effectively, can adapt to open maps, can reset base very effective (VK is semi Med)

- VK can flex to join HT group if needed

- Slowness of T150 is mitigated by the T37+Cat+VK combo

- T37 with autoloader is wayyyy too awesome

- 4 HTs setup utilize the most MM points (HT has 20% more MM points than meds, means stronger)

Tier 4-8 only, will not play tier 10

Why not KV-2 instead of T-150 152mm can boom the KV-85 easily

In case splitup into 2 groups, with only 3 HT on 1 flank, I want to avoid yolo rush, T150 is better. Of course it get trouble if enemy has 3-4 KV85 repetatedly peek-a-boom, anyway, 3HT on 1 flank is meant to turtle, so anti peek-a-boom in a turtle position is not hard

Incase VK join to form 4HT group, this group can Yolo the enemy, with VK being the med-flanker

Tier 4-8 only, will not play tier 10

What happens if you come against a team that out heavies you (5 or more heavies). They will push on you heavy flank and you lose half your tanks for nothing unless you reinforce extremely quick, something the vk can't do. Also what happens if the team goes all light fast tanks (t37, type 64, Cromwell etc.). They will use their superior mobility and vision to defeat you team.

From everything I have seen in stronkholds and TCs, when you are using tier 6, you need to keep your force fairly close together or somewhere they can easily support each other. Mainly because the lack of HP doesn't allow me to hold a section for a extended period of time.

Tier 8 and tier 10 is where you have the HP to start splitting up you tanks, which is the reason most top clans enjoy these modes far more (I believe, and is the case for myself)
