I've been working on my M36 Jackson for a while now and I just got the T25 AT today. My crews on the Jackson are all 106% trained and skill perks at around 75%, should I wait for the skill perks to reach 100% and then transfer it onto the T25 AT or should I just transfer them now?

My experience is limited, but I think the answer is no. Unless you're waiting for a discount. You will lose some exp. during the transfer regardless if you do it now or later (unless you use gold) so why not do it now? You'll at least get to use the new tank and start earning experience for it's modules.

Get the skills/perk to 100% (especially sixth sense) they will work when you transfer over. I've tried by transferring my T-34 commander with 100% sixth sense to my T-34-85 and the skill worked. So my tip, get skills/perks to 100% then transfer.

If you transfer you crews with gold you won't lose any crew training level or skills.  If you are transferring using credits you will lose some of the skill levels.  I can't recall exactly how much, but if you train to 35% or so of the second skill before you transfer you will retain 100% of the first skill (and, of course, the crew training level).

Even u retrain 90% its gonna - like 10% of crew mastery exp(not the skills) which only takes few game to max it back

Listen to those who posted earlier for they are right and i will also suggest what they said. So all of those helpful posts gets +1. LOL

as some have said above, if you retrain to 90% with your skill on 100% you get to keep the skill level (so yes sixth sense) and I would also recommend that you grind out the perk first.

however, as the % on your skill get larger, it takes longer and longer to get to the next %increase, so you'll have to play alot more battles on that tank, so just a heads up.

 

I'd say the next tank is playable without sixth sense (iirc i didnt have it until half way through it) but you would need to be extra careful.

T25 AT does away with the radioman. You'll have a spare guy sitting around doing nothing.

 

If you have the gold, you could place a new crew instead.  If not, placing your Jackson crew will suffice. 

 

I know I did use the same crew until the T28 (who now sits on the T37 trying to learn how to be a light tank)
