Lift light, until you can lift right. Do not skip leg day. Over-training is bad unless you're on steroids.

as some have said above, if you retrain to 90% with your skill on 100% you get to keep the skill level (so yes sixth sense) and I would also recommend that you grind out the perk first.
however, as the % on your skill get larger, it takes longer and longer to get to the next %increase, so you'll have to play alot more battles on that tank, so just a heads up.
I'd say the next tank is playable without sixth sense (iirc i didnt have it until half way through it) but you would need to be extra careful.

T25 AT does away with the radioman. You'll have a spare guy sitting around doing nothing.
If you have the gold, you could place a new crew instead. If not, placing your Jackson crew will suffice.
I know I did use the same crew until the T28 (who now sits on the T37 trying to learn how to be a light tank)
