So I was looking at some Pics of TANKS on the net and came across some Local, possible inclusions for WOT to add some LOCAL CONTENT.

First up is the SENTINAL Tank.  An Aussie Designed Tank with a P E N I S shaped machine gun.  (Dont know why its shaped like this other than to say to the enemy "Mines Bigger than Yours".  There were a few Variants the ended with 17pdr gun.

A version with 2 25pdrs (AWESOME)

Sentinel 2x25PDR.jpg

Then I came across a few exceptional tanks from New Zealand.

The first one is a Scofield Tank, and kinda looks like a cross breading with the TUMBLER from Batman and a WW1 tank.

The the second one is called the BOB SEMPLE Tank, and well, word fail me,

Catapiler D8 with Corrigated steel Armor, 7 Bren guns, and the front gunner lays on a matress over the motor to fire his gun.

AWESOMNESS.  Would love to see this one in a Tier 1 match.

There's plenty to read about then on the net and Wikapedia, but lets see what other CRAZY tanks people can find for maybe a special Wakky World Of Tanks event.

The Scofield tank was a combination of a truck and a tank - the idea being that in truck mode, it could get from A to B alot faster than in tank mode. Tank mode was for difficult terrain. The British kindly suggested NZ stop perusing the tank as the war was nearing it's end. I believe the tracks could be lowered / raised, although this could only be done outside of the tank.

The Bob Semple was made by farmers and Iron work men who, infused by propaganda, wanted to do their part. That and all to real fear that the Japanese were coming. The Tank was ridiculed by soldiers and civilians alike then it was paraded down the streets (of Wellington I believe). However, one could argue its just as bad as the British Home-guard who were issued with broomsticks to fight off the Germans if they ever invaded England - it was more to improve moral of the civilians than to be used as a fighting vehicle - remember, most men of age were drafted into the forces, the ones at home were generally sick, young, old, or working in a trade useful to the war effort.

Now that I've seen the machine gun on the Sentinel -- what is seen cannot be unseen!  I have looked at pics of the Sentinel heaps of times and never noticed that before.

I just want that MG mantle mounted on the end of the 17pdr barrel.

Can you imagine being hull down on a city map and seeing that poking out a window.

OR EVEN BETTER ON THE TOG.

TOG with a big LOG.

I now know why it is shaped like [Content removed], It was to house a water-cooled Vickers MG.

It all makes sense now

You know damn well there was no machine gun in there, It held a Fire Hose, and was to be used to intimidate insecure Germans, and Japanese to surrender.

The problem was, it also intimidated our Allies as well.  So under pressure from the Allied Leaders, the program was cancelled.

Good news is that there have been increasing Whispers of it Coming Soon to WOT.

yeah but there's a photo which is enough for WOT to include them in the Game.

I could photoshop a Red Star and Stalin in to the picks, and they'd be included in the next patch.
