Hi DAM,
You seem helpless and no one responded so far.
Let me help you by doing a step-by-step walk-through:
(1) Go to Support web page: https://asia.wargaming.net/support/
(2) Log in (top right corner) as you would with your WoT email and password.
(3) Click My Ticket (top right corner next to Troubleshooter. (4) Click New Ticket (below My Ticket).
(5) Click World of Tanks in item #1.
(6) Click Technical Support in item #2.
(7) Fill in keywords of your problem in item #3 and click continue.
(8) If you can't find the suggestions given, click Problem Not Solved. Continue.
(9) Describe your issue you are facing in details inside the Message box.
(10) Either drag, drop or browse your files and put them in the box below the Message and click Continue.
(11) Check the info you provide and click Submit Ticket.
(12) A message will appear confirming that your ticket is submitted.
After you have submitted your ticket, be sure to log in Portal to follow up with them. Repeat step #1 to #3. Under "MY Ticket" you will find subject, sub-category, ticket number and status.
