Dear players.

To reduce support waiting times please ensure you provide all the necessary information that could be required to assist you.

Files support may need for game related issues, are as follows.
(1) DxDiag.txt

(2) WOTLauncher.cfg

(3) WOTLauncher.log

(4) WOTLauncher.bak

(5) python.log

You can find all those files in your WOT main folder except #1. To get DxDiag.txt, complete the following:

(1) Run dxdiag

(2) When the report appears, save it anywhere you like as a text file.

Regards
Tan

Hi DAM,

You seem helpless and no one responded so far.

Let me help you by doing a step-by-step walk-through:

(1) Go to Support web page: https://asia.wargaming.net/support/

(2) Log in (top right corner) as you would with your WoT email and password.

(3) Click My Ticket (top right corner next to Troubleshooter.                                                                                               (4) Click New Ticket (below My Ticket).

(5) Click World of Tanks in item #1.

(6) Click Technical Support in item #2.

(7) Fill in keywords of your problem in item #3 and click continue.

(8) If you can't find the suggestions given, click Problem Not Solved. Continue.

(9) Describe your issue you are facing in details inside the Message box.

(10) Either drag, drop or browse your files and put them in the box below the Message and click    Continue.

(11) Check the info you provide and click Submit Ticket.

(12) A message will appear confirming that your ticket is submitted.

After you have submitted your ticket, be sure to log in Portal to follow up with them. Repeat step #1 to #3. Under "MY Ticket" you will find subject, sub-category, ticket number and status.

I hope you find this guide helpful. If you have further questions, feel free to ask me.

I write because I have something to say not because I want to say something.

Thank You Seanl, You're a gent, unfortunately, not many of us left. I managed to submit my ticket. I can't understand though, why Tanitha has suggested uploading 5 files when all that can be submitted is 4. On hindsight though, maybe Tanitha meant any of those. Anyways, It's all done now, let's see how long it takes, my problem is def. a bug. Not seen one like this before, my tank just stops for no reason anywhere and anytime, everything else will work, firing a shot, moving the turret, but the tank will not move until I click again on it.

So let me Than you again Seanl and hope to see you again ingame under happier circumstances. I have noted your advice at the end too. My kindest regards.
