Hello,

Please use this thread here and state if you've tried without mods and what sort of client you are using, HD or SD, so we can use it for recording purposes. Also try the possible fix for it found on the first page of the thread. Thank you.

Regards,

Elite911.

no free xp after converting xp with gold in free xp

there is a serious problem with converting gold to free xp. couple of days ago i already converted 880 gold into 22000 and got 0 free xp. a day ago i spent another 569 gold to convert that into 14225 free xp, thinking that might just be a temporary bug and my free xp count still shows 0 free xp.  filed 2 tickets already, no response other than "we're looking into it". sucks. only ever happened after 9.8 update, before it always worked.

Why in the post battle statistics when you click on "player" in team performance does it tell you that the player was "destroyed by a shot" - but not who made that shot anymore?

Please REMOVE this Domination game thing. Pubbies are becoming more suicidal. My win rate is in its all time low.

And can you please take a look at RNG. It seems biased against me. Most of the time, players of supposedly high skill (high WN8s) unexpectedly screw up! I even lose matches of at least 59% chance to win! Whenever there is an imbalance in the number of heavies, I always get teamed up with the one with less heavies! You know pubbies have no strategy, so obvious the team with more heavies win!

Please take a look at this.Thanks.

I'm not a fantastic player, but I have won games with 7 enemy heavies, and 2 friendly heavies. It is possible, only quite hard. Suggest you don't keep listening to xvm. But I agree that the mm can be a bit off, example, 2 tier 10s on our team, 1 TD, 1 SPG, enemy team, 1 HT, 1TD, 2 SPGs, and all other SPGs we have is tier 8. It is a bit imbalanced
