Last week, I read a news that  Reform Gaming would withdraw themselves from WGL APAC, because they already participated in an equivalent Chinese tournament.

(This is the news link: http://asia.wgleague.net/en/news/category/wargaming-league-asia/reforn-gaming-to-withdraw-from-silver-series)

However,  today I found that RG members formed a new team, and they were participating in the Bronze Series this week.  The following is the team I talk about:  http://asia.wgleague.net/en/team/291989/

The team names are different, but you would easily find the same players, if you check the team lineup.  I do not think WGL permitted them to re-challenge the tournament in this way.

Also, another team in the Bronze Tournament also has several RG members from Chinese Server: http://asia.wgleague.net/ja/team/266539/

I really wonder why they continue to participate in WGL APAC even after the declaration of WG that no team are permitted to "participate in more than one league that may qualify them for the WGL APAC Season Finals and/or WGL Grand Finals".

Thank you for reading my post, and please tell me how WG officials think about this.

Hi all,

According to the rule:

"Teams involved in WGL APAC tournaments (including but not limited to the Gold Series, Silver Series and Bronze Series, as well as any other tournaments specified by Wargaming) are not allowed to participate in the official/unofficial WGL tournaments of other clusters. In particular, these teams are not permitted to participate in any other tournament which may allow them to earn a slot in the WGL APAC Season Finals AND/OR WGL Grand Finals. Infringement of any of the above will result in immediate disqualification from the WGL APAC tournament. If you are unsure, please seek direct clarification from the WGL Asia eSports team." (link)

RG team cannot participate WGL APAC tournaments anymore even if they change their team name. We will take necessary action on this rule violation case.
