報名了, 收到的訊息是(我們已經收到您回覆的表單，將於10/14(三)統一通知時間與地點。) 14號早就過了, 所以是要怎麼查到底有沒有報名成功?

上面的完整消息文字點進去是404, 網站什麼資訊都查不到.
