This doesn't sound good at all.  There is getting to be way too much bling.  I tried playing the other tank game for a bit but it felt like a casino whenever I logged in.  I hope war gaming doesn't go that route.  I remember a long time ago they were saying they were moving away from pay to win.

2% boost per emblem to a particular crew members overall skills or i think 1% for all crew members

 

for p2w elements its insignificant in the grand scheme of things really... especially these days

atm it might be insignificant, but it all adds up to become HUGE ........ it's getting CREEPy  ... power creep .... more $$$$$$$ for WG and all you stat lovers will doo eeet, so now we will have sprem spamming, emblems, MODS, armour specs that aren't quite right ( more sprem spamming ) way to go WG ... woohoo hurry up Premium Time run out .......

I was thinking same, heaps of bonuses but of what? seems they are telling us everything about nothing, something that a politician will do.

Just what do these bonuses give? fine to say bonus but bonus what?

I have a question and a suggestion.

 

Players who already got a permanent camo/emblem on a tank if he now wants to change the pattern as per newly introduced exterior buffs, his gold is forfeited?

If so, I suggest to allow free change of exterior decoration tanks or charge a nominal amount of gold maybe 3 or 5 for switching to newer ones.

All our previous emblems and inscriptions should be removed and the gold refunded, why?:

I have spent tens of thousands of gold doing this to my tanks, and now that they effect bonuses, they will need to be changed around.

No refunds, or resets of current icons of those who supported the system before.

I hope you guys arent stupid enough to tie emblems looks to fixed bonuses and in fact allow us to pick what the sticker we use actually boosts. Some awesome quotes like "Za rodinu" or"Iosef Stalin" are cool looking but some like the shitty "Leningradec" or "Borc" are just bad or weird and tying them to a specific bonus will be the most retarded decision you can make. Because you may WANT this to be CUSTOMIZATION but if all top tiers go for the reload emblems as example then all tanks will have the SAME STICKERS on them.

 

ALSO please NOTE that NOT ALL TANKS can mount all 4 cutomizations. Example the SU-122-44 has shovel and pickaxe on the right side of the model and the RIGHT Inscription is DISABLED which meanse that tank will not be able to GET MAX BONUSES no matter how much gold i spend on emblems.

 

I reckon if you put at least 1 CUSTOM emblem on your tank you should get the 100% of that customisation. poutting a 2nd one should be just for fun.

 

I 'like' how you put these emblems on special this weekend but supply no info on how those bonuses will work exactly and what emblems will be tied in to what bonues if thats the way you are going.

 

Can I have an emblem that refunds me the cost of the reload time or gold cost of my shell when i shoot a low health scout with a KV-2 152mm HE shell please. its so painfull when you have to DERP a luchs on 2HP because no one else wants to shoot him I want my damaged potential refunded please

 

I hope these bonuses dont actuaslly affect combat and turn this into Pay2Win kinda deal at the top end of the skillset of players. a minor boost wont be noticed by the noob lemmings but will be important to clans.

 

Maybe have emblems give out of battle advantages. Like cheaper repair bills , cheaper ammo, less penalty on crew XP if using crew not trained for that tank, maybe bonus to gold earned in battle something small not as epic as PREMIUM tanks but significant enough for tier 8-10 to consider usin than even on a loss they dont lose as many credits.

 

maybe even have a TRAINER/MENTOR style bonuses where it benefits the XP earned or the crew XP bonus per battle.

 

but regardless how, what these bonuses are and how much they affect things i ABSOLUTELY EMPLORE YOU to NOT TIE THEM TO EXACT MODEL of the stickers and make it selectable. so i can have my KV-2 with "Za rodinu" have different bonus to my "SU-85" also sporting "Za rodinu" emblem.

I think they combine so if you add a couple it is probably more like 5% overall.  Gets pretty significant when you put a rammer, vents and net on a tank.  Then slap on a few stickers.  You basically have a 35% better crew than some poor slob training his crew to 75% for silver.  I think the WOT model is further moving to "free to get your butt kicked".  Ah well I am going to tear it up in my PzIIJ.  Can't wait to slap some more stickers on that.

Will there be a limit on how much we can put on one tank? Imagine a tank roll out with full of stickers.
