As a dislike for the campaign, the lack of gold reward, i.e. incentive to not just be in the top 7/top 3. There is no difference in what you get from top 7 and top 3. Kinda ruins the competition...

I agree - There should have been a (small) gold reward for the top clans .

Although, in theory (and I am prob wrong) but couldn't one argue that over the course of three and a bit weeks - the top clans made quite a bit of gold from the provinces?

Matchmaking - I am surprised that you would put this as a dislike. Traditionally it was all random - meaning that some clans would just get absolutely stomped in their first battle. At least by sorting the teams by 'skill' or ratings then the not so competitive clans can have it out against each other - resulting in fairer games? We found that our first battle would always be against a clan in the 'upper rankings'. This process also makes it harder for clans to farm each other - EG Clan A farming influence from Sub Clan B due to the clans different rankings.
That was my understanding of it anyway.

Not matchmaking, matchfixing!!

After a 6 month absence from the game I returned specifically to help out with the Campaign and I actually enjoyed myself for most of it . The highlights include commanding a tier 8 win against DPX by capping where we lost no tanks and killed 3 of theirs and a similar result at tier ten against SAU . The Format was refreshingly well organised and although I know match fixing was rumoured to be happening I saw little to back this up . I feel that apart from campaign 1 where I was able to grind a tier ten tank in the course of the campaign (from tier 3 lol) this was the most enjoyable . The different fronts created a good way of ensuring some clans based in NZ timezones did not have to be awake until dawn just to compete . The specific clan jumping rules made a huge difference as well . Honestly I have no dislikes and many likes .

Wargaming rules made a positive difference to the fights .

Rule violations made for some interesting forum posts and I think was well managed .

The gaming structure of tier 6 , 8 , 10 was refreshing as was the team sizes . At tier 6 covering the map was difficult , at tier 8 the temptation to split up to cover the map was deadly and at tier ten the lessons from tier 6 and 8 got rammed home hard .

I would like to see quicker campaigns or a weeks break between tiers .

I still think it's morally wrong so in fact I'm right.

Overall I do have dislikes and likes. As the clan I'm in is not at the stage to compete in Tier 10's, it was a bit frustrating not being able to compete at this level for that part of the campaign. However this has actually spurred many of our members on to get to their 10's. A Positive right.

Having said that we knew we couldn't actually get a prize. So instead used these battles as training sessions and learnt new and interesting tactics. Another Positive.

Why couldn't there be a prize at the end of each tiers campaign ? I mean we for one would have put in a lot more time and effort into to tier 6 and 8 CW's.

As you can see I am trying to takes positives from this to inspire my clan mates and hopefully inspire other clans to do the same.

It's a journey. If your clan takes it as such, then you will be much happier when you get there. Don't rush, take your time, enjoy the game, do what you can. Participate for the sake of participating.

+1 to your idea that there should be mini rewards after each stage. Perhaps give it as an "option chip" -- if you cash in your chip after Stage 1 or Stage 2, it means you won't be eligible for another chip in Stage 3. This makes it so that players who KNOW in advance that they won't be taking part in latter stages to grab their reward once their competition is over.

My only dislike is when CW starts to raise tension in the clan atmosphere but its pretty much okay for this one .

Mini reward sounds nice , a single tier 10 tank reward is great but if there is like a tier 5 or 6 unique tank as well would be awesome . Currently there is like 2000 tier X reward tank so why not have 2000 or more tier 6 for the clans so everyone is a " winner " and won't feel left out .

Because thats not how competitions/real life works.

Good enough to get a tank/gold? Congratulations.

Didn't get anything? Try harder next time.

There is 3 tiers of CW , I don't see why there should not be a little more reward to make it enticing . As of now , there is nothing out of tier 6 and 8 CW which can be a bummer for the mid-lower end clans .

Stats, and those that use them to add to their tiny shrivelled.....

7v7 & 10v10 battles....reducing the tier I kinda like<sort of, gives some variation> but the small team size results in a lack of TDs/SPGs(and leaves players that specialize in those out in the cold) and even LTs<at teir6> Cromwell Bs everywhere....kinda dull/repeditive.

Clans exploiting loopholes and BENEFITING as a clan but being sanctioned as individuals....result they got more tanks due to having to use other accounts. If the cheating benefits the clan then the sanction should punish the whole clan enough to make it sting.

Lack of any system of dealing with/to illegal mods.<unless they are noob enough to send in a replay of them using it>

Likes

Playing CW, nothing beats going hard core.<eg noob paintball vs tournament supa air>

Clan unity...win or lose as a clan, revel in the wins, shake off the losses.

As to the prize count/distribution, while the announcement system/proof reading needs work, 2000 prize tanks 3500 prize camo....cheers WG.

prizes for teir6/8 ....why? I'm kinda over the "participation trophy" society that's evolving....enjoy competing, and if u can pull it off enjoy the rewards.

While the elite clans may laugh at NZAD, we managed to pull off 10 tanks and 11more<so 21 in total> with camo. <pending final results, I'm going off Clan Tools>

Yea we're not the best, but we turn up and give it a crack, and give you someone to fight. <a battle is better than none, right>

Congrats and WP CHE and Omega, maybe next campaign...STOMP EM.:izmena:

Asia server needs more provinces in every part (West and East) of globamap. It`s really stupid to have only 22 provinces in Eastern Front.

tier 6 reward tank

tier 8 reward tank and a

tier 10 reward tank would make the campaign so much worth playing

as it would give an incentive to play through all stages :)

It will not help, because good clans will be in top on every stage of campaign.
