Are the servers down or under maintenance? Because I can't seem to log in.

Well done Wargaming. 24 hours of server downtime after 'adverstising' common testing on YouTube. We have plenty of feedback of having 0 min of common test. Wake up!

the eu test is closed but not the asia test , it has made no mention of the asia test is closed and if asia test was closed , then this website http://worldoftanks.asia/en/news/pc-browser/23/announcement-common-test-9-14/ would have stated so , hence the server is down for maintance

The server is expected to remain offline until late Monday evening (15th February 2016).

Depending on how quickly the issue can be resolved, the downtime may be prolonged.

 , the server is down , the news is here , http://worldoftanks.asia/en/news/pc-browser/23/announcement-common-test-9-14/ , so the server is not close and there is still a chance to play on common test server , just need to wait and pray that downtime does not prolong :p
