When I log in to my Common Test account, I only have 100 credits, T1 tanks and a Tetrarch. I can't enter any games, because it says that the queue has timed out. I also didn't receive my one-time payment of 20,000 gold, free exp & credits.

Launch the Common Test Client, let it update.
Then Login using your ID and password.
It should then login and say " Synchronising ....."
Then when it goes to the garage, you should be credited with the aforesaid money & gold.
I think every time a Common Test has some new features, the account is reset and then when it goes live, you get a fresh treasure chest of credit + gold.
