175 Pen with poor gun handling is pretty anemic for a tier 8 heavy. If it wasn't for HoS shell guidance brought to you by Russian Bias™ people would probably complain more.

    I total agree with you about that. I have IS6, it is terrible for me went facing with tier 9 HT like E75 or VK 45B. I regular pick APRC but it still not help much even with penetrating their side armor. I have bought IS 6 with the hope of having a reliable tank but now it is difficult to me to play it. Every match i have to pray enemy have less HT and facing with their Med .

  Give it better gun with higher penetration it could be make it balance in the game. At least give it premium round with higher penetration same like 112.

Which is what the IS-6 will be next patch.

If you run pure APCR, it's arguably better than even the IS-3 due to the extra DPM.

Buffing the IS-6's armor INTENTIONALLY.

Did they not learn their lesson?

Probably did, but intended for the IS-6, already the best tier 8 perm, and make it even better!

The armor buff makes it a better SP, that is faster, has more reliable armor, an APCR round that does more damage. Only has worse bloom and aim.

 

APCR round doest do more damage. please go learn about APCR vs HEAT. in fact HEAT on WZ111 has better penetration value than IS6 APCR.

Ever faced a competent IS-3 driver in an IS-6? There's just no competition there. IS-3 wins hands down every time - 225 AP pen on the IS-3 completely rips apart IS-6's. If you're really lazy just load gold and it's an insta-win

 

if u know how to drive an is6, it will kill is3, faster...is6 reloading is slightly faster, take advantage of it, and APCR pen is3 every single time.. no excuse is6 will lose to is3.. i have 3k game on it..

The fact that the tank's being buffed in the HD model will make what is already a troll-like tank more annoying than ever... which is fine because I own one.

when in my kv5 i hate facing IS6 before upgrade

as tier 9 same deal the rounds bounce off almost anything from tier 6 up

as for armour the is6 kicks butt compared to most teir 8 prems now it will be OP compared to them

Thank you for buffing my favorite Tier 8 Prem Tank and releasing endless glass T8 medium tanks for me to target. GG wargaming, please remove it from the shop now.

 

Here is an idea, please make a Superheavy Tier 8 like the [Japanese] tanks with that Derpy HE monster gun . Id pay money for that and we dont have any HE firing Prem Tanks.

Which is why I suggest making the IS-6's perm round HEAT instead of APCR if the armor buff were to happen.

IS6 GUN IS TIER7 175 PEN STANDARD AP GIVE IT HEAT ROUND 275 I WILL PLAY MORE CAUSE IT IS EASIER TO HANDLE E75 OR VK45B .. APCR CANT PEN THEM AT ALL.
