In order to to better improve World of Tanks, and your enjoyment of our game, we have redesigned the Suggestion section of the forums to help eliminate clutter and to help you refine your suggestions.

I think this update(1.3) is very annoying. When I use SPG on the map, say Pilsen, I can't aim at the target under the roof. Even though I changed my trajectory view, my aim still go to the top of the roof instead the target below it. Please fix this so that I can play like before. thanks.

Hello there please read my suggestions few I want to give

Ww2 tanks like the Tiger 1 and Tiger 2 please change their names to Tiger and King Tiger 

Secondly these are the actual real tanks which were feared on the battle field here they are more of a joke do something that makes them dangerous on the battlefield and feared by all in the game.

Their armour and gun was extremely powerful and legendary please they need that status in the game.

Some imaginary tanks are in tier 9 & 10 which never entered the war still they are better and stronger than the legendary Tiger and King Tiger i can believe that please change this.

Make it right and stop buffing these prototype tanks 

Let the greats be greats again

Churchill's

Etc

Who gave these French these auto loader tanks they hardly fought any wars they lost all their wars.

The Chinese did not have any tanks that time

Please do the right thing and give the tanks which were really feared in the real war it's realistic status in the game.

Majority new players come to the game to play the Tiger tank and you disappoint them badly.

It's so tough to grind to that tank and what a disappointment People loose hope and leave the game.

You want new and more players to join the game take this suggestion seriously and see the difference.

You do realise this game isn't entirely factual, yea?

 

Also note that Tan's original post is from 2016. It's 3 months off 3 years old. 

 

The tiger tank is ok, it has a certain play style. The tiger 2 is a bit gimpy. The other "imaginary" tanks are interesting and add a dimension to the game, in that you can explore where the respective nations may have taken development. 

 

Seriously bro, it's just pixels, enjoy it.

Hello,

I just wanted to make a suggestion in regards to potentially seeing all the player bases or at least the chinese and australian being able to play together across the two servers while allowing for low latency on both sites.

The reason for this is because its hard to enjoy features such as Frontlines and just the game in general when there are only a max of 1200 people on the australian server at the end of a day, but to play on the chinese server is a chore because we get around 300ms of latency. I know that some game companies have achieved this but if its not possible then we'll just have to wait till the end of the day to play a hour or two.

Hi WG,

Track tension on quite a few tanks seems to be way too loose. I get that you wanted a realistic looking effect, but track tension on tanks like

the Jagdpanzer IV and Churchill was tighter irl than ingame.

I think a lot of us are feed up with not facing teams around our own level in CW, Advances etc. Recent Campaign also.

 

Give advances a go they say. Mainly meet top 3 teams 50% of the time...

 

Campaign first game vs a similar team, then random from anywhere. Somewhere on your run you probably going to meet a top 3 clan on your way to attempting to capture land. I can understand at the start of campaign meeting them but they should be moving away to other areas of the map never to return.

 

Please consider some balance for clans in events and stuff. Small clans are leaving in droves.

Perhaps an ISRAEL tank line could be introduced.  They were quite creative when it comes to working on tanks.  Perhaps a tree like this could work.

 

Though the bulk of armor is derivative, Israeli unique modifications, colour schemes and markings would set them apart.  Not to mention an entirely new T10 tank in the Merkava Mk1.  (note: has no composite armor but is all old fashion RH steel)

T4:     Valentine
T5:     Crusader or  M4-75

Hi everyone

 

I'd like to ask who here has played the Age of Empires game series?

For those who have played them, at least some of you must have noticed that those games had a map maker, that players could use to make their own maps.

 

As you could guess by now I am here to suggest the development of a simple map maker, at the very least implementing this feature would give the current map makers some ideas; and in the best scenario, some of the maps made by the community would end up in the live servers. I don't suggest this to put anyone's job in danger, I suggest this as to help those making maps as it is a slow process and getting all the help possible would indeed speed the process of making a new map.

 

Now some people will ask, "But if we do go ahead with this, surely some people would want a reward for making a successful map." And to those people, you are exactly right. Thus rather than waiting for the community to ask for a reward, you could reward players who make maps that are used in live servers with premium time, gold, or low tier tanks. Doing this would encourage players to make maps for the reward.

Tournaments

 

I love the tournaments available in WOT, but getting into one really requires an administrative assistant! I believe if you do these two things, you will get a huge increase in players taking part in tournaments:

 

  • Remove pre registration and team lock in.
  • Make them available in the client.

 

So just like Advances, I would love to be able to create a team on the fly just a few minutes before the tournament. The reason this is critical is because WOT is a casual game, people shouldn't have to commit to a tournament days before it starts. Once the tournament starts all the teams can be lined up in the same formats they are now (for example round robin). The time to go into the next round should be kept to a minimum, perhaps 2 mins from the time the final team finishes their previous match.

 

You could make the rewards automatically grow based on the number of teams that enter. Imagine the excitement that would go with seeing a prize pool grow in real time as the number of teams 'readied up' grow.

 

Tournaments really need to be seen in the game client. Even if it was just 'Today's Tournaments' (when there are any tournaments that day) showed to reduce clutter.

1)  Any new maps on the horizon? This is the one area WOT fails. 

2)  Use of illegal mods also needs more policing BY ADMIN. When you get shot through the commanders hatch 6 times when your hull down by a EBR half a map away and at full speed seems suspect.

want to suggest a couple things:

1) gun range limits on the minimap for short-range arty (eg: FV304).

Trying to remember how to find the gun range again is annoying and at best a guesswork on the minimap. XVM has a minimap mod where it displays a red ring for the maximum arty range. we should include taht into the game

 

2) show gun traverse constraints in the minimap for all the necesssary tanks

i know that arty has it but why not TDs and certain other tanks with gun traverse constraints? (eg: ELC)

might as well let them have it. TDs need it too especially. am ok if the other 3 tank classes can't have it, but it really helps if they do.

 

3) Japanese arty/TD

I know they have some. cmon WG.

so like community maps? would be interesting but i think that would need playtesting. we could use a couple more maps since WG had just culled quite a number during the 1.0 transition from supermodded BigWorld to CORE. more asian maps pls.

no, for several reasons:

1) half that tree are just clones. we don't need more clones. the chinese tree is 60% clones. the Mk VI C is a tier 2 prem btw.

2) Merkava is waay too modern (70s. WoT's upper limit is 50s first-gen MBTs in general). FYI M60 is a tier 10 bond prem. 

 

will not say anything about the arty proposal. it's not something i'm familiar with.

Why is the Asian server teams so bad?

 

Language issues?

 

Bots?

 

There appears to be no actual team play.   This game is going do the toilet really quickly.   I can't play on the Aussie server due to lack of players so stuck with a server that is just not working.

 

Overall very disappointed with the whole game..

How about we do something radical? Instead of releasing the same old tanks month after month why don't we change it up a bit?   I am talking about offering up tanks that are not often released.   For example:

 

Pz.38H, FV215B 183, T95/FV4201 Chieftain, VK 72.01 (K), T95E6, Object 260, Object 279 early, T-22 Medium, 121B, Kampfpanzer 50 t, AE Phase I, Object 777 Version II, T55A, Char Futur 4, Kanonenjagdpanzer (90), IS-5 (Object 730), Chieftain/T95, KV-4 KTTS, KV-4 Kreslavskiy, Emil 1951, T-44-100M, T-44-122, T-44-100 (B), T-44-100 (K), T-44-100 (P) , T-44-100 ® , T-44-100 (Y) , Type 59G, T71 CMCD P, A43 BP Prototype, M4A1 FL 10, A-32, and SU-76I

 

I know some of these are in Frontline or similar competitions but there are still a lot of tanks that you have not released in some time that can be offered.   This would make a great change to the release of the same tanks.   Even concentrate on these in the next iteration of the Black Market.

I know some of these are in Frontline or similar competitions but there are still a lot of tanks that you have not released in some time that can be offered.   This would make a great change to the release of the same tanks.   Even concentrate on these in the next iteration of the Black Market.

 

Reward Tanks can be obtained by completing the campaign missions (available all the time) and Global Map competitions (a few times a year). These are specific rewards for playing at a certain level. The path to getting one of these is clear and straightforward, though it does require a significant level of commitment and improvement in your play (if required). They are one of the few areas locked off to encourage people to get better at the game rather than opening the wallet(....).

 

Other tanks are available in the bond shop which now depends on you playing at TX or playing a significant amount of battles in Battle Pass. Your individual performance will determine how long it takes to accumulate them. 

 

Others still require you to play specific modes.

 

There are plenty of ways to obtain a large number of these tanks already in the game.

Look for the T-22 to go on sale ..........  Being a rare tank they have to either sell it or give it away .

Sig number 6 gone . In Armageddon - Day 1.  Note the date .

You're a weird mob . I'd like to go quietly into the night . I understand Mods are here to stay . I understand Mission / SH / CW rigging is here to stay .

I'll not bother the forums with these things . Let me go in peace . Not sure though why I cannot try and get cheap gold if it's ok for others to do .
