Like an IS-3 alternative that makes credits in SH instead of draining it. And trains the loader unlike IS-3A. And actually penetrates stuff unlike IS-6.
Personally, for active clanners, I'd say IS-5 > KV-4K (40-kph KV-4 has its uses in tier 8 SH/CW) > T95 Chief (tier 8 MT are mostly superseded by T-54 lwt anway)

Though the KV4K is new and offers a new flavor but with the selection given it's still IS-5 all the way. (unless IS-5 is taken out of the pool or if you already have the IS-5)
IS-5, IS-5, IS-5, KV4K ................ T95 Chief in that order
When an enemy Arty "one shots" 2 of your teams' heavies and you're in a heavy tank, you know you're screwed.
A heavy tank should have armor and a big gun, if you don't have either then you're not.
