I think a future issue should include a feature on the tragically high rates of suicide amongst SPG drivers.

SPGs are too op, let me explain.
They have super unrealistic god view mode, which is the initial condition for making it so op.
People say spgs are nerfed, but no, even for me, I have never played spgs before, borrowed an tier 6 spg ccount to play and did more than a thousand damages, believe or not, it's fact. Because I tried, I can really feel the op-ness.
Some argue that you have to learn to dodge spg shots, not camping in the same position, bla bla bla. Not even mentioning the slow tanks like E100, fast tanks can also get sniped by spgs. Why? It's because world of tanks maps are small, where there are only a few strategic camping/defending positions in the maps. It is so easy for one to predict where the enemies located.
There maybe too little coverage to avoid spg. You can get shot even hiding behind rocks/hills/mountains, which makes normal tanks so hard to do their job.
This is World of TANKS. Yes I know this is a game, it can be unrealistic, but considering the ratio of the spg's effectiveness to the map size (I don't know how to tell in words, I hopw you get what I mean, like spgs can easily cover a major attack route), you gotta make some balance or adjustments. If spg can be this unrealistically accurate, make bigger maps.
More importantly, this issue brings other negative impacts to the game, ie. campers, unsportsmanship, inappropriate actions. At the end of the day, we players play for entertainment and enjoyable experiences, of course for professionals they have different values in the game, but dear Wargaming, customers are willing to pay, but it seems like you are trying too hard to earn. Wargaming has done changes and developments that obviously make players to pay more.
Suggestions:
-Wargaming can also decrease the alpha damages of spgs if they are so accurate.
-bigger maps
Clarification: probably one-third/ one-forth of matches are seriously affected by spgs. There are some more to tell, but I forgot.;P Nonetheless, I believe that these should be part of the major arguements/suggestions. I understand some might agree while some not. Feel free to discuss.
Thankyou.
They have god view mode. irl, no tank had 3rd person view, sniper view was a hole, and the commanders view was through a bunch of vision slits or from just above the tank if they poked their heads out. Wot viewing is iurealistic anyways. is there a freaking minimap in real life? Though that doesn't matter as noone seems to use it...
Lol you did 1k damage in an spg. I once did 1000 damage in an m5 stuart. Therefore its op right?? This has been talked about before, a single result doesn't dictate how good or bad a tank is.
Effectiveness to map size? do you mean their accuracy levels? Spgs can cover a major attack route. so can anyone with any sense whatsoever.
spgs are unrealistically accurate. Yes they are, but most spg players can't break 40% hit rates. having fully aimed shots on stationary targets miss hurts you so much .
SPGs aren't accurate. If an spg has an 8 second aim time, it is actually more like 20 seconds, die to the way aimtime works by redicing the guns dispersion by a certain amount (thus a tank with 2 seconds aim time and 0.2 dispersion on the move will take twice as long to aim as a tank with 2 secs aim time and 0.1 dispersion). once they are fully aimed it is still a roll of the dice whether they hit or not.
Bigger maps are a bad idea as they lengthen gameplay, and wg wants to keep each battle a bit over 5 minutes on length on average.
SPGs aren't unbalanced, but rather they are a broken game mechanic. there is a difference.
