What can I say?
I met lots of insulting teammate because they almost lose or the game not going their way.
Example: I camp in a Medium, Someone insult me for that, but he's not playing well himself (I cause 1.541 compare to him only about 500+) He even shot me until he turned blue.
Despite all that, well as usual stay calm. Just say that Im gonna report him and finish.
Any advice to counter this?

Well, its about time you realised you cant do much about it. Insult and shooting teammates may not been allowed in rule, but its pretty much accepted behavior in wot community. You can try that report thing and wait for, maybe 1 year to get that guy.

Yes that's right, I just gonna stay quiet and just let him mumbling by himself while the whole team stay quiet.

But mid tier medium can scout.

You kinda asked for it.
Think of it this way - the only reason whh the HTs are camping is because the mid tier "dispensable" medium is camping rather than spotting. If you were spotting and they camped then THEY are at fault.

Tutorial explaining the roles Tanks are "SUPPOSED" to play would be good.
Perhaps even Separating the Light Tanks from the Light "SCOUT" tanks would also be a good Idea.
But you know NEW Sounds, and Tier 8 Premiums for ANYONE are more Important than educating the Player base in either Tank usage or Tactics.

well sometimes players having a bad day
for instance : playing my Lowe and obj 140 was hiding at my back and ask me to push
or i was playing my jape100 and T54 sniping and keep asking me to push (i did push but get blow up by spg lol )
there are so many cases i post the pictures too but now lazy to upload
u see most of times the win game will turn to lose game on sea-server
like 14 vs 3 tanks become lose since all 14 just camping and that 3 tanks took them one by one

Lol. Easiest way to counter that = deactivate chat completely.
Really dude. People with bad mouth are everywhere! It's something that we can't escape from. It's either deal with it or hide away by deactivating chat. Then again, one does not insult another without a reason. You could have done 2k damage but by playing with an isolationist mindset ie: you play for your own sake with no regards to the team: and still be insulted on by someone on your team for not helping. For some, it's just natural to insult others.
First ask yourself, did I do something wrong that could have led to the person insulting me? Was I not contributing? If so, then sometimes a little insult isn't a bad thing (though I don't support that entirely) since that is what you may need to improve your gameplay.
However, if you feel that you have been insulted without any reason, then fine, complain about it and send tickets and whatever to get that person for what he did.
However, the fact that you camped on a medium, it's honestly a bad play on your part. Who camps on a medium? If you really want to camp, get a tank destroyer. A person camping on a medium is a sad man. You could have instead enjoyed the mobility and great overwhelming powers of a medium, that is if you're driving a fast medium.
