is it me or does the hull look similar to the AC 1 and AC 4 tanks??

It's you. The Strv was a pre-war design, while the Sentinel was a war-design. Also, the Sentinel is significantly wider than the Strv because Australia did not have any requirements for a narrow hull.

I does look Superficially similar in the Engine deck behind the Turret, but pretty much everything else looks different enough to distinguish it fro the AC series.

ah ok so then the ac looks similar to the strv :P
