Since there are two aspects of grinding, one being exp and second being credits I suggest to include credit bonus in platoon too along with exp. This will encourage platooning even more and also help players not just exping but also credit farming a little bit.

Credits are over-saturated in current WoT as it is thanks to strongholds.

Exp actually needs you to win a lot to be able to farm quickly. Especially since a fair bit of boosters/missions only work with wins etc.
