Googling it suggests it was in Beta for a while but openly available and officially "launched" overnight, a launcher to launch all of WG's individual launchers.... access WoT, WoWS, WP, Blitz, Generals all from one portal. One would imagine the Orion game as well soon..

Fixed that.
It's basically an all in one launcher and updater. Currently only supports WoT, WoWP and WoWS and can be used for any region. However, you still need to have the individual clients for each game installed.
