Why is the test server inactive ?? when will it back again and for how many days more people will get to play on the test server.. it has been down since 4-5 days now..!

This Dude Abides
The test server only runs between patches and only when the next patch is ready for testing. The new patch was released last week in RU and the current test finished just before that.
Announcements are made on the portal when it starts and finishes, this was the last announcement last week http://worldoftanks.asia/en/news/announcements/announcement-common-test-9-17-1/

So when next patch comes out, the test server comes back online and works for like 2-4 weeks or something?
