There's a bit of a mess in the region the last ~week.

1. Mainly from ANZ and Malaysia .. in the way of bad routing from ISP's.

However we have the power to fix these promptly, IF there is a better route which is available which isn't being used, which there has been.
So for those that have provided us tracert's, we have fixed them promptly, for their ISP.

2. From India, but they are a bit monopolised by TATA on the upstream, and we cant alter the routing there on most cases.

3. Other more isolated routing issues within the region, we have rerouted and fixed on a 1v1 basis.

To be honest we still don't know what happened.

The mission and unlocking tokens were all done correctly..
Just the tokens which unlock everything seem to have disappeared for no reason overnight, when they had a 365 day expiry on them.

 

I'll try to continue to work out how this broke.

So we will get our boosters that have gone missing?
I run the game through a vpn in Singapore when the connection gets bad in the area of the Pilbarra I'm in. Will that effect the missions?
It's either that or getting "server does not respond" messages.

Check the dates the token were created with? If the tokens were created with a start date of 1st Jan 2016, it would have expired overnight...

SEA ME WE 3 cable broke just after the last campaign, all Aussie, NZ and some Malaysian players routing was changed to go via Hong Kong via Sydney (for us Aussies anyway), so instead of stable 100-200ms pings for us, we had semi stable 250-300ms pings for ~1 month, some people had premium account, others didn't, but WG have given all the active accounts (with games played) in that time a special token giving us the equivalent of 84 hours premium time between 2 boosters. The caveat being you have to win 15 battles per day to get all ~168.

 

TL : DR none of us could play easily for a bit over month so WG gave us the chance to earn 3.5 days worth of premium in the form of boosters
