Its hard to comment on "a" cause, there is too many factors, and teams working on it making improvements to various things.
But as I said. its like a building capable of holding (For a rough non factual example) 50k people, it used to have 25k people turn up every day, now it has 33k people turning up every day.
The room (or in this case server) isn't bothered very much..
There is other factors though ...
Traffic down certain streets, available parking, trains being overcrowded, the traffic jam on route 3, the broken traffic lights on street xyz
And in the above example.
"Affects people on route 3", doesn't affect people on route 2, 1, 4, 5, 6 ETC.
This isn't specific to one country, its specific to those who use that route or way in..
And it doesn't matter from how far away you came, close countries or far countries, as it is related to that route.
And its unrelated to the traffic light broken between 5pm and 6pm yesterday on a different street.
I am aware we have made many adjustments to many things.
Including major routing adjustments.
And we are currently not working on anything ... and instead gathering a current status (IE from your current issues / shows on current ping-plotter reports)
