Please be informed that maintenance on the server is currently underway on 28th March, 2017. It will be completed sometime around ~Midday UTC+8.

Take note there could still be further extensions on the maintenance. We thank you for your patience and kind consideration in this matter.

Why does it take longer than usual?

Hello's.

Dear players : )

There should have been a "micro" patch at normal maintenance downtime periods overnight.

Due to that, information has been lacking, as it was basically just a normal maintenance, at normal maintenance times, and shouldn't have been noticed.

 

However the micro patch was not rolled out successfully, and has delayed the server from coming back online.

Hopefully we are at the end of the issue now, and the servers will hopefully be back online soon.

 

We apologise for the inconvenience, and lack of information.

A more precise ETA will be provided when obtained.

Typical response WG after we the players have noticed the server was down way before "Maintenance broadcast" came into effect, is this WG covering their backsides for a fail in the server??
