Slightly off topic but within the boundries I presume..

 

What are the stipulations for a mastery badge?

 

I guess it is raw XP , but does winning have an effect ?  I mean, if your team wins your recieve x1.5 XP, (i think) so is it caclultated as RAW xp before multpliers or after? (discounting Premium time of course?)

It will be announced here. Results are always announced in either the Discussion thread or Submission thread, whichever one is applicable.
