i started playing this game awhile ago and i only just found out how to ask for help. when i first tried to chat it said chat error you have been banned. reason: 0 battles player advertising ~neokai. i dont even know what that is so plz tell me what i can do step by step plz help me i never even got to say hi :(

did you try and talk somewhere, when you hadn't even played the game yet?

 

Was this in general chat in game?

yes and every other one no chat at all not even platoons or private and i only just found out how to contact people about this

Just PM neokai and he will do something for ya. He might've thought you were a spam account if you started talking before playing any battles.

you will need to contact support and ask them to review the chatlogs as being banned for advertising means you werent just posting hello in chat
