As the title asks, is it: Additive or Multiplicative?

To those unaware, Additive works like Camo Net and Exterior Paint. It adds a flat % of camo rating on whatever tank you put it on. Multiplicative works like Camouflage Skill and Vents, where it adds a % based on whatever tank's base camo rating is.

From http://wiki.wargaming.net/en/Battle_Mechanics#Visibility

Calculating the Camouflage Factor

The camouflage factor is calculated as follows:

camoFactor = baseCamo * (0.00375 * camoSkill + 0.5) * camoAtShot + camoPattern + camoNet + environmentCamo

thanks for that, but where exactly does the Natural Cover Directive come into play here? camoSkill?

directive yes camo skill...

the camo provided by a bush is dependant on how good the bush is....some provide more some less....generally look for a nice dense one and one not commonly used(reduces getting blind shot) and ensure that none of the tank is sticking out...also if the bush is transparent in sniper veiw, firing reduces its camo effect...try backing up until it goes solid(opaque) and then fire...
