I have played some tanks, and I have found these tanks to be absolute profit, meaning, its always profit in battle no matter how bad you play. The repair cost is always smaller than it's combat earning. Be it only 100 or 150 silver profit, it always profits. These tanks are:

Churchill 3;

Pz T 25;

Excelsior;

Rudy;

Cromwell B;

Type 64;

Even if you are utterly destroyed without any chance to deal any damage to the enemy, you will still profit.

Does anyone knows of this "profit" tanks other than this tanks listed above?

Well, I mean, they are "premium tanks". Premium tanks have credit bonuses which allows credit gain even if you perform abysmally in them.

i feel light tanks have the best "non premium" operational costs in the game. Dont know if they are cheaper to repair due to low HP, but you will usually do well without using rep/med kits and also feels much cheaper to repair. But It just feels, i dont have actual data to assure you on that.

Forum Guy: "All that Marks of Excelence does is to encourage Damage farming over winning".

Me: "YES sir, MOE does encourage dmg farm over winning, just like winning does encourages: YOLO, Camping far back, gold spamming,"world of capping" mindset, OP premium tier 8's purchases, chat rage, platooning to farm win ratio, toxicity, seal clubbing, arty spam etc..... So i guess winning is much more toxic and bad behavior than dmg farming???"  Wait a minute, wow no one has ever thought about that this way??? Then I must be a genius                                                                                                                                                            https://worldoftanks.asia/en/hall-of-fame/vehicles/A100_T49/#wot&w_ts=overall&w_nb=500

I would have hoped you did, you have a large sample size to use.

Well, not all premium tanks are "profit" tanks. some example I have experienced:

Heavy Tank No. VI

FV201 (A45)

Those two tanks, I have many battle where, their repair cost are larger than the silver they earn in a battle.

Well, not rally a large sample size. I mean, every tank requires only 1 instance of loss, to be thrown out of the list of "profit" tanks. Even if a tank experiences just 1 instance where it's repair cost is larger than the battle earning, said tank is no longer "profit" tanks.

I have played WOT since April 2017, and up until this very day, I have never experienced any loss in those 6 tanks, Churchill 3; Pz T 25; Excelsior; Rudy; Cromwell B; And Type 64.

Visit the website vBAddict. Navigate to Statistics > Tank Statistics then filter the result by clicking some items in the categories.

You should probably clarify if you mean on a standard account. Beyond that I'd guess most tier 6 prems and below. Bots in tier 7 and above I guess could actually lose credits.

I'd guess that he's not using premium rounds or consumables either, because they'd both send you credit-negative on occasions in any of those tanks.

Still, if you're going to judge by that yardstick, you could add the Panzer II J to the list. It might be a notorious credit burner when loaded out with full gold, but you could probably turn a regular profit in it if you're prepared to have loads of boring games where you do no damage and let yourself get tracked and derped.

I remember reading somewhere that tier 1 to 4 were meant to be able to be played without loss of credits... I am assuming this was without firing prem rounds or using expensive consumables...

Any tier can be played without loss if you are good enough. But I get the feeling that's not what the op is asking.

Yeah... but I was hoping he would try and stick to low tiers first and learn the game... which as you said leads to being able to make a profit in any tank... if played well enough.

Unfortunately the op's ability to make a profit is more likely due to ability at higher tiers rather than the tank he is in...

Ummm..... OP what are you trying to say ?

These tanks are premium tanks so they will make profit if you shoot with them or even do some spotting damage.... not to mention they are mostly tier 5 & 6 where the ammo and repair cost is always low.

If I get what you are trying to say any standard tank under tier 4 should earn you a profit unless you are using premium ammo, consumables etc

If you are talking about me - I always use my Jumbo to earn credits, as I dont own any premium tanks ( provided that I dont get killed before doing some decent damage)

Almost all premium tanks I think up to tier 8 auto-earns credits. KV-5 in particular has a cheap repair cost for its possible credit earnings just by being AFK.

We're talking about people who are probably even less effective than that so their ammo cost probably exceeds their profit margin for being afk.

WG should make this super credit earner class tank. Very weak, use tier 6 stat for tier 8 prem, but make 40k silver by just pressing battle. Lots of hardcore grinders will buy it, and anti-p2w crowd wont make a fuss either.

Anyone know how to put meme on sig, plss PM me, tq.
