車長の皆さん！
11月下旬に開催される新しいグローバルマップイベントの準備が完了しました！
イベントは異なる3段階のイベントが3週にわたり実施されます。
詳細は11月2日にポータルサイト上で発表されますが、いくつかの情報を公開いたします！
1.今回のイベントでは、戦闘と戦略（計画）の両方を組み合わせた複雑なシステムを採用し、通常のグローバルマップとは異なる新たなシステムが導入されます。
2.使用車輌はTier8に限定されます。
3.報酬は Tier8車輌、ゴールド、特殊迷彩、その他特別報酬が予定されています。
なぜTier8車輌が使用されるのか疑問に思う車長もいらっしゃるかもしれません。
グローバルマップでは新しいシステムを試験するうえで、より多くの車長の皆様にご参加いただけるようTier8車輌が使用されます。
今後はTier10車輌を使用するなど、様々なソリューションを検討しています。

どうも皆様Mobiusです。
英語フォーラムや日本語フォーラムの反応を精査した結果、今度のCWEについてティア8ではなくティア10に戻す最終的な判断を下しました。
しかし、フォーラムで議論していたように新システムにおいてのバランス調整が我々の優先課題ですので、以前のような15vs15ではなくそれより少数のフォーマットになると思われます。
最終的なCWEのフォーマットは考査期間が短いため公式発表が遅れてしまうかもしれませんが、可能な限り早く発表できるようにします。そして来週末までには、なぜこの決定に至ったかを説明したいと思います。

Latest news:
After reviewed all your discussion/feedback here, and combining JP players' feedback from a different channel, we have made the final decision - switch back to Tier X.
However, as we mentioned, the balance in the new system will be our main concern, therefore it's likely that we will not do the usual 15vs15 format, but with smaller team size.
The final format in this CW Event are still being discussed and we only have a short time window to make this happen, so the official announcement maybe delayed but we will try to make it published on portal as soon as we can.
We will also have an other announcement explain more details about why we made this decision later next week.
