Why implement Global Server Roaming?

Global events and so much more! Grand battles, Team battles, Skirmishes and advances, Clan wars.

 

Suggestion for Developers to Overcome Global Server Roaming Challenges

Implement region-specific soft-rules.

 

1. Region-specific content should be restricted to the player's native server only.

e.g. Tanks, Anime tanks (Nameless and Edelweiss), Events, Contests.

 

2. Latency cap should be implemented to ensure reasonable connectivity.

e.g. Only players with latency below X/ms will be able to access a non-native server.
