Thats good. Ive nvr expected those balance lots will notice arty imba firing from 10 to 1. But wat they do actually? increased the mid hill height? I see position 10 still can shoot towards 1.

yes we love improvements Wargaming, but can you please add more ways to engage the enemy? more entrances and paths around the map that increase the ways of engaging the enemy. I like Ensk because of the many routes we have to flank or ambush the enemies, we just need more than the sameish 3 corridors that all maps basically seem to have. Its always one corridor east, one in the west and one in the middle, it would be nice to have more oportunities avaible to exploit the front lines.

 

I see a big improvement done in Fjords, and seems that the battles in that map will become "smoother" somehow. Pilsen is a good example of how this could be done (refering to the changes that are expected to happen in that map in the 1.0). Overlord is a good example of how it shouldnt be done, because that beach side flank slow down anyone who goes down there so much that it isolate players from the rest of the game, it literally looks like a vacation in the beach...

 

You dont even need to make new maps, we have a tons of maps already but always the same way of engaging with little to medium variations on the way we can play each map depending in which side we spawn, if WG give more roads, paths, passways, ridge lines, terrain irregulaties and buildings it would make flanking or surprising the enemy in any tank just so much fun!!! And every match would become more "unique playstyle" or unique tactics.. Dont even need to nerf premium ammo or nerf armor, just increasing the variety that every map has in terms of enganging possibilities would be a big step foward!!!

 

Maybe people dont want new maps, people just dont know what exactly they want, they just feel bored because all maps most people are required to do sameish play style most of the time, maybe thats what makes them think that we need more maps, but if everymap had more ways of engaging the enemy it would increase the surprise effect, as well as decrease the dependence of new maps since it would take longer to get bored/tired of the sameish game play most maps offer to most players... But thats ofc just an opinion, i am not a balance expert. Dont need big changes, just one more way per map would be enough.

i cant even use bushes when passive scouting anymore because my constant paranoia that everybody already know all the spots and all the bushes prevents me from using known scouting locations, so i keep active scout or just passive withou using bushes. All that because the maps feel so smaller when you have played the game for 30k or so battles. At least for me. So i just keep spotting without using bushes because if feels less blind fired risky. If the maps had more engagemnt routes i doubt that would be a frequent issue.

 

But the job done in fjords shows that WG is going in the right direction!

thx Z, i will seek for a councelling altho i am not sure the doctor understand about bush mechanics, not gona get tips if he is less than 30k battles.

The climb up the hill in the middle of the map wasn't really obvious for most pubbies. Good to see it be more obvious now.

i suspect its still isnt, or they found out ways to counter hill, and worse than that, they want other public players to climb hill, because doing that is following exactly their agenda.

Nothing changed. Still awful bottleneck in south and Camping tds at the north.

 

dont like the look of the hill, should be removed. we dont need another mines

I don't think it'll be as bad as mines, given the hill is much smaller and far more exposed.
