Hi, a newbie here. So I did so well on Pz.Kpfw. 38 (t) and Type 89 I-Go/Chi-Ro. But I want to try flexing out from both tanks, but I don't know which other tanks have same playstyle or capabilites with that both tanks. Any recommendations for that? Cheers.

Pretty much all on tier 3 and 4 has same capabilities with tanks you mentioned

it just different playstyle... you just need to understand the tank itself....
you dont have to worry yet...

Wait till tier 5 / 6 then you could ask which one is better

Well low tier gameplay doesn't stay beyond t5 much, sure light tanks exist up to tier x but they aren't very good for the most part and progressively harder to play.

I would suggest grinding the kv-1, m4 sherman, pziv, stug while learning the game mechanics(vision, camo etc) and other stuff like positioning, aiming, weakspots. That way you can see which type of tanks fit you better(ht, mt, td - lt requires more skill and spg is just a stupid class that most people play for missions or to ruin other people's fun). Stay at tier V, grind crew credits, learn the game before you progress, don't buy high tier premiums without having a tech tree tank of the same tier.

There are plenty of youtubers and streamers but they mostly play higher tiers. Quickybaby is a good start for newbies but some of his views and content stiffle progression past his skill level(there are many better).
