Same thing here. consistent 240ms making game literally unplayable. I think the underground cable might have been damaged again, so the connection is rerouted to hongkong.

Our International link between Perth and Singapore is disconnected.

Yes, as it seems to have been confirmed that there is a fault can Aus server hours be extended, as Singapore is now essentially unplayable.  Thanks

Ah well that will be another 2 months get the cable reconnected again, This cable is well and truly past its useful life due to damage and old technology. Happily the brand new ASC super fast cable (40 TBpS) with a 30% drop in latency could be coming online this July, progress is looking good. The keyword here is diversity, Australian telecommunications to asia will no longer have to rely on one cable. So us players that  normally have 110 ms of ping to singapore now could expect to get 73 ms ping to Singapore sometime after July after all our ISP's get the rerouting done.

Now fixed acc to Vocus.  Re-routing still needed for Perth users.

Please be advised that SMW3 repair work has been completed. Link has now restored and back in production.

All Ethernet and transit traffic, in and out of Singapore, has now been restored on to the direct path.

Hi Tan/WOT moderators - Telstra routing is still going across Australia before getting to Singapore for Perth users.

Can you please see if you can get it fixed?

Thanks

You need to speak to YOUR ISP about the routing

In the past Tan has assisted. No harm in seeing if he can again

PS have YOU tried speaking to Telstra about something like this?

***Routing now fixed 7 June***
