Could WG do some explanation here???

Obj268 v4 using 152mm gun...... But managed 3.5 rounds per min, Other tanks with similar 150mm+ guns (Eg, E100) only manage 3......

ISU152 is a real tank in WW2. It can only manage 1-2 rounds per min. Yet also 3.5 in game. Weight of the rounds is the main problem in real war, suddenly loaders become superhuman in WOT.

Obj705A is the ultimate champion. Other tanks need 2 loaders to handle that ~150mm monster gun. This one just need 1 loader.....Yet, just slightly lower reduce firing rate of 3.3......... I have no info for AP for HE round weighs about 48KG, AP can't be 20KG.No room in turret for anything so the loader has to pick up rounds in the hull. Maybe the tank comes with chuck norris as loader......

So, can WG explain how I can recruit these loaders for my tanks as well? I don't mind spending 20K gold on each of them.

Have you heard about the concept of assisted-loading systems and automatic loaders?

I like how for some reason in the Maus it still takes 2 loaders 13s to get a shell loaded despite how much room they have to move around and that ammo is literally everywhere inside the tank.

They do it for 'balance' purposes.

Yes.

All Russian tanks with 120mm guns and larger come equipped with Chuck Norris as the loader.
