From last 3-4 days I am getting constant lag stutters and high ping in Singapore Server, Even in night time. Never had this problem before. I confirm that this issue is not related to my ISP. WoT is totally unplayable for me now. Please get this critical issue resolved ASAP

Do you realise your ISP is responsible for routing your traffic to Singapore?  As per the link Ephys put above you need to use a tool like tracert or pingplotter to the Asia server which shows the routing and the performance of network traffic across each hop in the network used.  Your local connection to your ISP is useful information but not an indicator of the performance of the network links between you and WG

My routing from Perth to Singapore is still all over the place, Typically be a few more days till sorted. Oh, reread your post and sounds more of an issue in your house or ISP.

I know. I did a PingPlotter test of WoT Asia server, First 6 Hops are Green that are in my local area network, my ISP, my city and state then Hop 7 is Yellow then Hop 8 to 14 are Red then Hop 15 and 16 (WoT Asia server IP) are Yellow.

That is an indication of congestion on the route, and as I said above your ISP is responsible for choosing the routing so discuss the results with them.
