It has been noted that the previous Live streamers and Video Contributor thread is pretty outdated.
So after speaking to a few of the other Community Contributors we thought it would be a good idea to get this updated.

This thread is so we can co-locate as many of the Community Contributors as we can in one place and in the process we can let you know a little about ourselves and what drives us.

Hopefully we will be able to use this to generate some engagement from Community Contributors and our fellow player base.
I personally am super passionate about this game and I want to be able to make and drive the creation of great content and I know the other Community Contributors are similarly passionate.

I can't speak for the other Content Creators but for myself feel free to ask any questions you wish and I'll do my best to answer what I can.

1. Create Content that is enjoyed by you guys.
2. Help to promote a game we are passionate about.
3. Potentially bring up and talk about issues / bugs with the game.
4. Hopefully together we will be able to learn about and grow this game.

So without further adieu.

About Myself: I started playing tanks because it was what my friends were playing, it slowly grew on me and when I got to 8k battles with 46% WR I knew I wanted to get better at the game so I worked my ass off getting to where I am, I like most kinds of music, anime and read mostly fantasy novels.

Fun Facts: I shoot a lot of gold because it's totally balanced and don't try to 3 mark tanks unless I enjoy them

About Myself: I am a very introverted person and don't like giving up personal information on the internet. I am sure there is enough out there already ;)

I am 37 years old, a father and devoted husband. Outside of the digital world I enjoy working on cars and engineering interesting solutions to problems that my wife seems to always present me.
This time it will be housing three different sets of chooks in separate runs, while being able to collect the eggs from outside the shed. Should be fun :)
I am an engineering kind of person, being quite happy to tinker away in the shed, with welder in hand.

Fun Facts: The Hoover dam was a massive engineering project that came in early and under budget.

About Myself:

I am a 29 year old husband and father of 2. Born and bread in South Australia.
I never really had much of a desire to do anything in school out side of PE (physical education).
I played Soccer, Cricket, Baseball and Basketball growing up.

After leaving school aside from working and Army Reserves, I originally studied Massage, but quickly got sick of dealing with people there.
I decided to joined the Army full time and was in there for ~8 years when I was medically discharged due to back and shoulder injuries.

On getting out of the Army they helped me out in getting me a Job and Study (something I never though I would do again.) a Diploma in IT

I currently work for an ISP and enjoy it mostly but look forward more to the times when I can get home login to my PC and stream some World of Tanks.

I am a super passionate World of Tanks gamer, and as I only get a limited of gaming time and this is my game of choice.

Originally I started playing World of Tank back in 2014 and was very much a Noob. I took a couple of years break due to work commitments and then in about 2017 came back with a reckoning.

I have been playing fairly actively for the last year and a bit with my main aim at improving every day.

I have pulled myself from a sub 4k personal rating to now sitting at ~5.5k PR.
Not that this is everything just for me improving each game is what I strive for.

I have to credit Major_rage for getting me into actually streaming and creating videos and eventually into becoming a Community Contributor for WoT.

Fun Facts: Hates editing as always think my voice sounds weird listening back to it. Has a tendency to Yolo..

Fav tank/s: Currently Leopard 1, T-10 and AMX 13 90.

Twitch: https://twitch.tv/mystblade

Times: I normally try to stream 21:30-00:00 UTC+9.5 Tuesday to Thursday and generally a little longer on the weekends.

About myself:

There is not much to say about me. I am 25 this year, a player from Vietnam, playing tanks while looking for a girlfriend  If that failed then I would resort to anime girls (a closet weeb). I've known about WoT since 2012, but not until 2015 that I finally decided to emerge myself onto this world. Well, not a good player (in fact, mostly a noob, a ragequitter, a flamer, and so on), the only thing I had is the passion for armored warfare, and that was keeping me on my feet when walking this road. I've just joined CC program not long ago, and that's not much to tell, but soon, things would be come a bit busier.

Fun fact: play aggressively, and often the first to be killed on a match.

Favorite tank: IS-7

About Myself:

Born and bred in Sunny Melbourne - spent a number of years travelling the globe some years back - something I recommend everybody does. Father of one [insert obligatory "That we know about" joke here], Public Servant, shift worker (which can make scheduling streams challenging but we do our best).CEO & founding member of #GetOnBoard Studios - where the magic happens! (Links below!) :B

What do I do? Replays of better players than me via YouTube with the occasional splash of stewiejp brilliance - me playing live on Twitch, giveaways (details in the discord link). I try not to take myself (or the game) too seriously, though I do try and have a good time doing it. Often joined by a top group of lads and laddettes you could call my clan mates - I call them family. :medal:

Fun Facts:

Possibly the oldest Community Contributor at 44 years young, though I am not entirely grey yet (ahem - Mystblade!). Napalmer may be older though he pretends he isn't, I have heard he's over 60 and uses a voice changer!

This is the first online game I have ever played - maybe that explains a few things. :harp:

Known at 1AR for readying up the Object 260 for Clan Wars - not because I want to play it - but just because I want everyone to see I have one.

Favourite Tanks:

- very good question, I am glad you asked! All depends on the mood - sometimes it's anything that derps, lately the Aussie Cent 5/1... tomorrow? Who knows?

About Myself:

I'm 27, born and raised on the gold coast.

I started streaming almost 12 months ago, starting with Eve Online (am now on break, but no one quits Eve)

I've played a little world of tanks since 2013, took till at least 2016 to stop autoaim shooting :p

Now i am focused on getting better and having fun while i do it.

What do I do?

I live stream on twitch, usually a mix of fun tanks + tank lines i'm grinding.
I also use youtube, generally uploading one of two types of videos, Either a short funny clip or a longer more in depth game with commentary.

Fun Facts:

When i can make the fv4005 work, Hesh..uh... finds a way.
I'm also trying a "road to blueberry" stat improvement, it has been quite a journey and we aren't halfway yet!

Favourite Tanks:

Fv4005 for fun + KV-2, For maximum effort mode BC25t ap (grinding) or object 140

About Myself: What, you actually want to know stuff about me?

Well, I started out as a 47%er on NA derping around at 250 ping at 30fps. Probably a common story for those who have been around as long as I have!

I like to pretend that I've gotten better since those days, using the lower ping on AU as an excuse as to why I now can click on pixel tanks.

I'm currently a combat officer in PYRO and I played for Bad Intentions in the APAC League, so I guess that means something.

I started streaming as a way to be more social with my gameplay and share some of my epic moments.

Now, I've been streaming for a few months I must say I've enjoyed it immensely.

Provided real life doesn't get in the way or some major event is happening (campaign, APAC League and tournaments, I'm looking at you!) I usually stream every night somewhere between 8pm and midnight (GMT+10).

Fun Facts:

  • Contrary to popular belief, artillery is perfectly balance and promotes dynamic gameplay while reducing camping!
  • My IGN actually has nothing to do with my real name. I suggest you go climb the tower searching the brain if you want to find the true origin.
  • People call me "Nappa" or "Napa" as a nickname.

Favourite Tank:

Uh, I have to pick one? Well I've always liked the IS-3 (although it's become a bit obsolete nowadays).

Other than that, the Batchat's always been fun.

About Myself: I'm from Melbourne, recently discharged from the service, so I have a bunch of spare time for WoT as you can probably imagine. I recently came over from the NA server where I called for NTR, Fugitive, and PRAV. Been playing since, oh about 2011. I think, around that time. I'm an extremely competitive person, and enjoy the nature of tournaments and CW.
As a player, I rely heavily on my game knowledge and game sense to get me through. I mainly drive heavy tanks, as a good heavy tank driver fairs better in most cases against their weaker counterparts.

Fun Facts Square tanks are broken.

Favourite Tanks: KV-2, Maus, Chrysler, 140, and JG E-100.

Links: Unlike my friends here, I do not stream (Internet is bad) and I have no youtube. However, some of you may know me as the "Backyard Tournament Host."
I host Tournaments on my discord, No support from WG, just prises I feel fit the tournament at the time.
My tournaments tend to be rather odd, and quite challenging. I enjoy changing the nature of World Of Tanks so that players must think on their feet to overcome each other.
I usually hold them each Tuesday.

About Myself: Grew up in country SA, spent 10 years in Adelaide as a tradie before moving back to the country.  Only started online gaming in my mid 20s and WoT was the first online game I discovered.  Started playing WoT on the NA server in 2011 I think and came across to SEA in one of the first transfers.  Aussie Psychos [AUS] was the first clan I joined and along with [MP] and [CHE] are the larger clans I have been involved in.  Like a lot of players I've had a break from the game and recently come back to it.  While having a break from the game I played a few FPS games and only started streaming in late 2017.
I'm pretty casual and laid back which shows in my game play as I am only average at most things I play.  I do surprise myself sometimes though and pull out a decent game.
Started playing heavy tanks but then after a year or 2 worked out I enjoy and am better at meds and light.

Fav Tanks: For a while before it was nerfed and moved up a tier I loved the VK2801 light tank.  This tank was once my most played but now it just gathers dust in the garage.  These days I probably enjoy my Russian mediums the most along with a couple of light tanks.

Fun Fact: My partner was a gamer before I was and she has been playing WoT longer than me!  We usually follow each other into the few clans we have been in and still platoon together like we did from the start.
