So not too long ago we got a survey from Wargaming concerning Premium accounts.  It seemed to have the purpose of feeling out the community on our thoughts on possible new benefits & packages that may be added to Premium account purchases.  Now this is purely my speculation - but I guess the reason behind these potential changes is to attempt to encourage more people to purchase premium time, but is the reason why players don't purchase premium because of the current packages and benefits?

Personally I don't purchase premium because I don't think the game is worth it.  I don't play enough to be worth spending money on premium time, and I don't play much because of the features that directly impact the amount of fun that you can have in a match, such as 3,5,7 matchmaking and overpowered premiums/reward tanks.  If the matchmaking was to be changed to +1 - then personally that would be enough for me to occasionally buy premium time, since I would likely have more fun in matches and then play for longer and more often.  I want to know if the community feels similarly, so please take a moment to fill out this poll and please give your extended thoughts!

Well as far as i am concerned i can buy a month of premium for the cost of watching 4 movies in the month. if each movie is 2 hours then you get 8 hours of entertainment out of it and i play roughly 2 hours everyday So that itself is like 60 hours of entertainment. I can live with that. But i almost never buy premium account a month at a time. I bought a year when it was 50% off on WoWs and then got a premium time from the christmas crates. have about 340 days of premium left.

I've never purchased premium. I took up tanks because it's free to play. All premium time does is speed things up so if you can be patient there's not much point.

I bought premium time when on special, also got quite a bit from the Xmas crates, so, now i have 506 days left, and this premium time carries over to Wows as well.

I used to buy premium with gold every month with CW payouts. I had a few months with the crates, which i used, then stopped playing much of the game. Haven't had premium time in a while since I haven't actually played.

I stopped buying premium time after watching the interview where they admitted that they were producing OP premiums but explained that balance didn't matter because of player skill...

That was the moment when I stopped spending money on this game.  And more or less stopped playing, for that matter.

I bought 6 months of premium at Christmas, on discount. This was the first large block of prem time I'd ever bought, having relied on T8 prems for cash for several years prior.

While I find it makes the game much easier to play, given you spend so much less time grinding T8s for cash, the current MM makes me really question how much time I want to commit to the game. T8 being crap is making me into a very casual, occasional player, and if it wasn't for FL, I would have played only a week's worth of games over the past 6 weeks. At this point I can't see myself renewing when my prem time runs out in 3 months unless its deeply discounted and even then only maybe.

Could the penny possibly drop, that breaking the game to maximise revenue in one area could actually hurt revenue in others?

At one point I had more premium account time than the ceiling limit, which I think was 700 days, but because I had bought packages that had more prem time, I had 900 odd days.

I've pretty much had premium account since I started some 7 years ago, it's now down to 70 odd days, and I WON'T be adding any more from large packs.

So much time has gone to waste, and the game just isn't as much "fun" as it used to be, for a myriad of reasons.

If I decide in the future, hey I want to play WoT all day today, or this weekend, I'll just buy the packages for those individual days.

The credit grinding of tier 8 prems, when you have to shoot gold ammo anyway, to try and do damage, totally defeats the purpose of having a premium account active, in my opinion, and at the stage of account development I am at.

I also have some grind free to play tanks that require serious 2 key dabbing, and will stop researching these kinds of vehicles once the prem account expires.

I would like to enjoy the vast number of premium tanks I have, however am restricted by what can fight a tier 9 or 10, and what can't.

So removing premium account from my account, shouldn't bother me so much now.

I bought a 3 month block of premium with a discount coupon that dropped for some reason (it wasn't the anniversary one; I had used that to buy a Type 64). Will I continue to buy premium time? Unlikely, and I've already passed on a few premium tanks as well.

For those who might still be tempted, it would be far more tempting if you could buy premium for number of games rather than number of days.

With family commitments even on weekends the most I would use was a couple of hours per evening. So the way the plans work make them less appealing to the casual players who would benefit most from shortening the credit/XP grinds

Flexible prem makes so much sense from a consumer's point of view yet i think the closest they have come is boosters. I guess they feel it would impact on the regular subscription revenue.

have had a prem account for 5 years, will not renew under current conditions for all above mentioned reasons.

Once would auto purchase new prems, have left most this year and would need a serious reason to put down money at this stage, always wanted the Black Dog but I have resisted the urge to buy it.

I've nearly always had prem time, but it ran out after Frontlines finished, and I haven't bothered to buy more.

I probably will get around to buying more at some stage. I guess it'll come down to next time I feel confident enough to start playing tiers 9 and 10 regularly again.

Unfortunately your well intentioned poll has hit a bit of a snag

56% purchased premium time YES

26% N/A I purchase premium account time

Seems more than half of the people who purchase premium time could not resist the chance to register a complaint.
