Have bought plenty of premium time, probably not been without it for 4 1/2 years. But now that I have changed to playing almost arty only..cause Meh.. I doubt I will spend anymore money here.

I can grind my prems if the kitty drops.

Taking a break from playing this game since just before 1.01... too frustrated with the direction the game is going. Up until now always played with premium time... when I come back, I will no longer pay for premium time or tanks unless 3,5,7 mm ends and the deliberate addition of unbalanced OP tanks is stopped.

TLDR: unlikely I will spend any more $ on this game.

i have always had prem time, but well with the latest developments ranging from MM, insane RNG, OP prems, Russian refunds, despicable developers (must be from the rent-a-dev for free crowd) and WG's attitude towards customers.

yip, my money is going elsewhere (spend money i was going to spend on WG on another tank/plane and ships in near future) game.

haven't downloaded the game since last uninstall about 2 weeks ago when it just kept on CTD even with a fresh install no mods.  used to play WoWS and a little WoWP, removed all of it. pity i cant get a refund for all the gold still sitting in my account.

Seems pretty simple really.

Listen to your customers and keep giving them value and they will happily spend money on your products.

Don't listen and you are toast.

Unless you are a monopoly then its totally stupid to ignore the people who your business relies upon. And if you are a monopoly you need to understand that substitutes for your product will be on peoples radar to avoid using your low value proposition.
