Client freeze / crash when switching servers

Since the last patch (1.0.2.1) whenever I swap servers the client freezes and often has to be crashed when I try to disconnect from the current server or swap to another server.

 

My PC is more than capable of running the game, and apparently I'm not the only one with this issue.

 

I'm planning on putting a ticket into support about this. If it's happened to you, let me know.

Had the same issue. Updating my graphics card drivers fixed the issue for me. Try changing it to windowed mode (alt + enter) before changing servers. It worked for me before doing the update.

Haven't had any issues swapping servers(do it quite often for advances)

I'm having end game crashes. No mods.

Deafiant_Dingo is a reroll.

LIFE is a good clan. LOL!!!!!

Logic is Hard and So is VPN.

Best Clan management; Kicks people before campaign ends.

Mine appears to freeze but seems to recover after a few minutes.

same here switching servers causes the game to not respond, left it there for 10 hours and it didn't resolve

Now in the midst of a synchornising hang. Gave it a few minutes then killed it. Naturally after i activated a reserve.

I switch servers fairly often and although it takes a minute or two I have not had a hang so far.    I would recommend you raise a ticket with Customer Support and use the tool they send you a link for to diagnose your installation.
